No. 44-kai! SD Equals Small Plus Deformed?! (SD＝スモール+デッカい？！ Esu Dī Wa Sumōru Tasu Dekkai?!) is the forty-fourth episode of Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger. It features the final appearance of the New Kudaitests.
Synopsis
Finally, an SD symbol shines on the forehead where the individual now stands... This is without a doubt SD World! The pirate family rushes to charge at the sight of it as it rampages through the city turning everyone and everything into an SD state! However, Zocks' own Geardalinger is transformed to SD, and his transformation is suddenly canceled! While the Zenkaigers are all palm-sized, Zocks goes to the battlefield alone, standing against his enemy in an effort to help not just Kaito and the others, but his sister Flint alongside their twin brothers as well! With everything on the line, Zocks stakes his pride as a pirate and the head of his family to settle this age-old score...

- SD World's head is based on DaiDenzin from Denshi Sentai Denziman. In addition, his SD Spark attack is named after the transformation call of the Denzimen, "Denzi Spark!", while his D Ball is based on DaiDenzin's Denzin Ball. He is voiced by Denzi Green's actor, Naoya Uchida.

- SD World's victims reuse a generic body design based off of TwokaiRicky and TwokaiCutanner, but with no defining features aside from head and torso graphics. However, there are size differences; SD World's victims are the size of a tangerine, while the Twokai Twins are approximately the size of a cantaloupe.
- This is the only episode where two Tojiru Gears are destroyed instead of one.
- This episode marks the final appearance of Zenryoku ZenkaiOh.
