No. 3-kai! A Serious Witch! (マジでぬぬぬな魔法使い！, Majide nununu na Mahōtsukai!) is the third episode of Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger. It features the full debut of Magine as Zenkai Magine as well as the debuts of ZenkaiOh JuraMagine and the ToQger Sentai Gear.

It is accompanied by the third episode of the Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger: Secret Zenkai File web series, Ep. 3: Let's Go! Zenkai Combination!.

Synopsis

Soon after the mushrooms disappear, the real ice breaker comes in the form of actual ice. The Zenkaigers continue to search for more members to join them as they encounter an introverted fortune-telling obsessed nerd who was also hurled into a frozen world by the hands of the Frozen World. This is who we would come to know as Magine. "Let's fight together!" This world is rapidly changing from robots, to mushrooms, to ice. Magine, who is usually very uneasy and anxious, is indifferent towards Kaito's scouting offer. Just what will happen to Magine?

Plot

The episode starts out with a Kikainoid named Magine trying to find someone she knows.

Back at the Colorful Candy Cafe, Juran, Kaito, and Yatsude are trying out some cookie sandwiches that Gaon made. Secchan tells Kaito that he his horoscope is coming up today. Which means that he's going to be very lucky today. Kaito takes this as a chance to find the 3rd member of the Zenkaigers. They walk outside but then realize the floor is slippery, because it's frozen. Which then makes them discover that the entire city is frozen.

This is revealed to be the work of the Ice World. While Ice World and Barashitara are talking to each other, Kaito, Juran, and Gaon come in their ranger forms to fight them. However they slide right past him. They eventually run straight into a concrete pillar. They get up and try to fight them again but they end up slipping again. Kaito slides into Barashitara, which leads Kaito to push the other Zenkaigers with him on the ice. They slide all the way to where Magine is.

When Juran gets up, he and Magine recognize each other. They go back to Colorful Candy Cafe. Juran explains that Magine used to be his neighbor. He says she was a nice girl. Yatsude then asks Magine if she would like to stay with them. While they're discussing it Kaito says she can became the newest Zenkaiger. Juran doesn't think that she should since it'd be too dangerous for her. Secchan asks Magine if she'd like to become a Zenkaiger. She says that she's not very physical, and that she only really tells fortunes. Kaito asks her if she could tell a fortune right now.

Great King Bokkowaus asks Barashitara about what he thinks of the Tojirgears. He assures him that he has enough power. Izirude says that Barashitara had a slip up thanks to the Ice Gear. They continue to argue until Bokkowaus stops it. Gege says that they'll have to wait and see first.

Magine is still trying to find out where Ice World is, she tells them it's at the east of the tall pointy place. Kaito, Juran, Gaon, and Magine sled there. Once they get there, Magine actually thinks that it's somewhere else. So from here on she keeps on failing at trying to find out where Ice World is. The last place they try at is a Haunted House. Kaito and Juran get scared by someone there so they run out. Magine is still trying to find out where Ice World is when Gaon tells her to stop. He says that he thinks fortune telling is dumb, and that he only went along with it because Kaito was into it. Magine then blows up at him. After that she apologizes for getting so mad, and then says that it's not working only because she isn't good at it. Kaito says that the fortune doesn't necessarily have to be right. He just thinks it has to be fun, and that fortunes are just a way of leading you. She tells them that the reason she got into fortune telling is because of how indecisive she was as a child. Kaito then says. that because he had fun, he likes her fortune telling. Juran agrees with that. Kaito's phone then starts ringing.

Yatsude calls and tells him that the ocean is now freezing. Secchan says that it's spreading quickly. They go to Umeniko Wharf to fight them. Barashitara then says that this world is heading into an ice age. Kaito questions what that is. Gaon and Juran argue over who should explain it to him. Magine is standing behind some boxes. Saying that she wants to join the team. She goes to her crystal ball again to see if it wants her to join the team. It says yes. She sleds over to Kaito and the others. Saying she won't let them ruin this world. She assures Juran and Kaito that she wants to become a Zenkaiger. Kaito lets her in and gives her a Geartlinger and the Zenkai Magine Gear. Kaito then explains to her how to use the Geartlinger. After they finish their little crash course, they get ready to transform. Magine transforms into Zenkai Magine for the first time. They fight the Tojitendo and use the Ressha Sentai ToQger Gear for the first time. They defeat Ice World using their Dai-Zenkai attacks.

In the mecha fight for this episode, the Zenkaigers use ZenkaiOh JuraMagine formation for the first time. Using it and ZenkaiOh JuraGaon they defeat Ice World for good.

Elements/Homages to Super Sentai

• After Kaito use the ToQger Sentai Gear, he says "Now departing, full-speed ahead!" (出発進行！, Shuppatsu shinkō) in the same way that ToQ 1gou says it.
  • Juran adds "Please stand behind the white line!" (白線の内側に下がってお待ちください！, Hakusen no uchigawa ni sagatte omachi kudasai!) in the same way that the ToQ Changer says the line.
• Magine using her magic skills to battle Tojitendo pays homage to the Magirangers.

Errors

• While Juran is shown removing his hand from Kaito, in the next shot he is briefly shown removing it again.
• The camera cuts to Juran and Gaon growing giant before Gaon re-inserts his Gear properly.
