No. 13-kai! Recycling Once Again! (リサイクルすりゃもう一回！, Risaikuru Surya Mōikkai!) is the thirteenth episode of Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger. It features the debut of TwokaiOh Ricky and the Dekaranger and Go-Onger Sentai Gears.

Synopsis

Gaon was exhilarated as the Zenkaigers are starting to be accepted by their neighbors, lending Gaon the opportunity to play alongside the local children. However, his excitement is short-lived as another creature from Tojitendo seeks to trample upon Gaon's pure feelings. Recycling everything, round and round, is Recycle World who recycles humans into Kudakks. Furthermore, Recycle World also recycles some old Kudakks from the Zenkaigers' previous battles. As Recycle World starts to approach Gaon and the children, will their vicious recycling process mean the end for them?

Elements/Homages to Super Sentai

• During the transformation of TwoKaiOh Ricky, a remastered version of the Ohranger opening theme is used.
• A remix of the Shinkenger theme can be heard after Twokaizer assumes his Shinken Form.
• Juran using Dekaranger Gear to arrest Zocks is a reference to Dekaranger arresting Captain Marvelous in Ep. 5: Judgement Pirates of Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger.
• Ricky can be heard saying the Gaoranger's pre-battle arrival call, "That was a roar of justice."
• Battle Caesar Robo performs an attack similar to Battle Fever Robo's Cross Fever.
• When the Recycle Sentai Great Worldgers was formed, Secchan brought up several images of various groups which are comprised of evil individuals in order for her to better explain to the Zenkaigers the concept of a villainous Sentai team. The set of images which were used as examples consist of:

Errors

• Throughout the episode the production team and equipment can be seen reflecting off the humans turned to Kudakks and Zocks' helmet.
• When preparing to enlarge, the barrels on Juran and Gaon's Geartlingers do not spin.
• Due to the use of archive footage from previous episodes, the scenery changes during the mecha fight.
