No. 12-kai! Slow Snail, Hard Shell! (ノロノロマイマイ、カタい貝！, Noronoromaimai, Kata Ikai!) is the twelfth episode of Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger. It features the debut of TwokaiOh Cutanner and the Turboranger Sentai Gear and the full debut of Battle Caesar Robo.

Synopsis

A crowd of children flock in the direction of Juran and Magine as they yell "Zenkaiger! Zenkaiger!" in excitement. As they both turn to greet them Juran quickly notices these cheers aren't for them, but for Twokaizer instead. Juran is perturbed at this event and Magine is shocked as she suddenly faints. Their wallowing, however, is soon quickly interrupted by an attack on the city by Snail World. In the meantime, a giant mecha is being constructed at Tojitendo Palace under the supervision and command of Izirude. A snail with an iron defense and a giant robot that glows black-purple. Just when the Zenkaigers are up against the wall, that unique family reappears once again in showy fashion.

Elements/Homages to Super Sentai

• When Twokaizer and Zenkaizer each use the Turboranger Sentai Gear, Zenkaizer summons the full team while Twokaizer only summons an additional Blue Turbo. This is a reference to Kenichi Yamada, who temporarily became the second Blue Turbo in episode 43 of Kousoku Sentai Turboranger.
• After Secchan mentions the Turborangers team name, they ponder if the Turborangers had a super-speed ability like what was used in the episode. While the Turborangers displayed no such ability, the Gokaigers did make use of super speed after their Gokai Change into the Turborangers in episode 9 of their show.

• Viewership: 5.1%
• As part of Super Hero Time, this episode aired alongside Kamen Rider Saber episode 36, Chapter 36: To Be Opened, the Omnipotent Power.
• This is the first time that the main five Zenkaigers and Twokaizer transform together.
• Twokaizer states his roll call before the core Zenkaigers. Most sixth rangers state their roll calls after the core rangers.
