Plot
TegaSword petrified by Pestis
The movie begins with TegaSword fighting a blue demonic monster. TegaSword's opponent manages to overwhelm him, and turns into a cloud of blue mist before entering his body. Inside, the monster finds an altar storing a red and gold Sentai Ring resembling the TegaSword Red Ring. Realizing that it's his Core Ring, he takes the Ring and stores it in his eye. As a result, TegaSword's body is frozen.
Elsewhere, Hoeru is working part-time at a beach and serves shaved ice to a customer. The customer asks for another one, but Hoeru tells him he can't give him an extra drink. He's interrupted by Rikuo, Ryugi, Kinjiro and Sumino, who scold him and apologize for the customer. When he asks them why they're here, Kinjiro answers that they came to watch him working and also hold a summer party. Suddenly, Fire Candle arrives to take the Gozyugers' Rings, and attacks the beach with the Combatant Ai. The Gozyugers transform and start fighting back, and blast all of the Ai with a powerful finisher. Fire Candle gets angry and charges at them, but the Gozyugers are suddenly teleported away!
The Gozyugers find themselves in front of TegaSword's lifeless body. His opponent appears to them via a hologram and introduces himself as Pestis of the Plague from the Abyssal Calamity Cladis. He tells them that in order to revive the Great One that is Cladis' leader, he took TegaSword's powers for his own, and challenges them to come inside his body to challenge him. After he disappears, a circle is formed on a rock behind them, and out of it speaks Queen TegaJune. Mr. Shining Knife explains that Pestis is a remnant of the Calamity that TegaSword once fought, and is a threat not only to humanity, but to Bridan as well. Mrs. Sweet Cake adds that TegaSword has not yet died, but was infected with a virus by Pestis. TegaJune tells the Gozyugers to retrieve TegaSword's Core Ring, and activates a beam of light from his hand. The Gozyugers walk into the beam and are transported into TegaSword's body.
The Gozyugers enter TegaSword
The Gozyugers arrive inside TegaSword's body and find themselves in front of a diagram of his body. Hoeru smells Pestis' scent and tries to find him, with his teammates following. They arrive in a beach volleyball court, and their clothes change into beach volleyball uniforms. Their introduced to their opponents, a plethora of Mooks that other Super Sentai teams have once fought, by Pestis, who zaps a distracted Gomin Sailor. He tells the Gozyugers that if they want to retrieve TegaSword's Core Ring, they must clear his trials.
The beach volleyball game begins, but the Gozyugers' lack of teamwork leads to the Morries' victory. Rikuo points out that they act like one unit, so the Gozyugers should also team up to beat them. The Gozyugers agree to team up and manage to win the volleyball game thanks to their teamwork. A gong and a diagram of TegaSword's body appear, so the Gozyugers hit the gong and are teleported somewhere else. In their next trials, the Gozyugers win against the Morries in a quiz, a jump rope competition and mountain climbing.
Mashiro opens his Godness services
At TegaSword Village, Saori notices that the sky's getting dark. Inside, Mashiro and BearKuma50 take over the café and turned it into a branch of their World Reforming services. A man named Junta gets interested, but notices that the price for the service is too expensive. Mashiro says that he'll become a god one day, so this amount of money would be considered cheap in comparison. The other customers decide to pay for his services, and when Junta tries to stop them, BearKuma prevents him. Seeing this, Aoi sighs and starts missing the Gozyugers.
The Gozyugers confront Pestis
Back inside TegaSword, The Gozyugers prepare for their final trial, held inside TegaSword's heart. They tell each other it was surprisingly fun to team up. Ryugi hits the gong, transporting them into the auditorium where the Core Ring's altar is located. They find Pestis and ask him to return the Core Ring, but he tells them it's inside him and challenges them for a fight. The Gozyugers transform and start fighting the Morries. Hoeru uses the Gorenger Ring to transform into Akarenger and pulls out an End Ball. The Gozyugers pass the ball around before it returns to Hoeru, who kicks it and turns it into a syringe. To their shock, Pestis hides behind a few Morries, which take the hit and explode. He tells the Gozyugers that small sacrifices like that are necessary to protect him. Other Morries grab the Gozyugers, and Pestis shoots at all of them.
The Gozyugers, now untransformed and tied to pillars, listen to Pestis' tale about the Universe War. He reveals to them that TegaSword was born in response to humanity's collective wish to save the world. TegaSword has sealed the Calamity and his powers have been scattered in the form of Sentai Rings. However, his power has started to diminish as a result of humanity forgetting their wish and developing their own. Back at TegaSword Village, three old woman wish from Mashiro that younger men would fall in love with them. Junta asks for unlimited Yankiku, and Aoi asks for his homeworks to be gone.
Outside, prime minister Tokonatsu Atami prepares to film something. A man dressed in a pirate's outfit wishes to be successful like him, while another wishes for an extended summer break. Another woman wishes for some anpan to eat, a red-haired man wishes to marry a cute idol, and a salaryman wishes for a promotion. Pestis blames those wishes as the reason for TegaSword's weakening power, and that humanity's selfishness will bring its extinction. He sends the Morries to attack the humans, causing panic. When a few reach TegaSword Village, Mashiro transforms into GozyuPolar to fight back. Outside, Fire Candle, Bouquet and Kuon arrive in the human world. Kuon gets bored, and Bouquet reminds him that TegaJune ordered them to fight the Calamity. Kuon transforms into Garyudo and starts fighting the Morries alongside Bouquet and Fire Candle.
Back inside TegaSword's body, Hoeru tries to talk to TegaSword, asking him if it's true that he's given up on them because of their selfish wishes. He tells him to wake up and not die on him, thanking him for helping him find his purpose in life. Suddenly, TegaSword answers to Hoeru and frees the Gozyugers, who transform and start fighting Pestis and the Morries. The Gozyugers state their wishes in order to increase TegaSword's power. Pestis' chest starts glowing, So Hoeru pulls out another End Ball to perform a Gozyuger Hurricane. The Gozyugers summon their weapons, and the End Ball duplicates four times so that each of them would get one. The Gozyugers send the End Balls, which turn into syringes, at Pestis.
The Gozyugers defeating Pestis to save TegaSword
The shocked Pestis asks the Gozyugers how are they even a Sentai. They introduce themselves while attacking Pestis, and Hoeru uses Finish Finger on him to free TegaSword and his Core Ring. He succeeds, and ejects Pestis out of the now-revived TegaSword. TegaSword suddenly turns red, transforming into TegaSword Origin.
TegaSword transforms into his Origin form
Pestis recognizes this form as the one he used to seal the Calamity. TegaSword declares his love for humans and starts distributing Sentai Rings: Gorgeus and Sunshine Ikezaki receive the Gokaiger and Donbrothers Rings, Tokonatsu gets his own Donbrothers Ring again and swears to fight for Hoeru's sake. Bouquet receives the Magiranger Ring, Junta gets the Goseiger Ring, and the elderly trio that Mashiro helped receive the Rings of the Ninja Sentai: Kakuranger, Hurricaneger and Ninninger. Saori gets the Timeranger Ring, and Aoi, excited at the opportunity to Engage given to him, gets the Lupinranger Ring. Shoko and Tetsuya get the Denziman and Dekaranger Rings, and Fire Candle receives the Shinkenger Ring once more.
The whole world Engages into Universe Warriors
Now with newfound powers, everyone around the world transform into Red Rangers, and together with Gozyu Polar and Garyudo, start fighting the Morries.
Pestis defeated by TegaSword
Hoeru gets in TegaSword Origin's cockpit, but it shimmers into a white background as his teammates, also in their pilot uniforms, stand next to him, reminding him of the lesson they've learnt in teamwork. All of the Red Rangers fly and form a tornado, trapping Pestis in it, and the Gozyugers launch TegaSword Origin in his hand form at Pestis, finally destroying him.
Mashiro's World Reforming services booming
The Gozyugers return to TegaSword Village, and find it crowded as a result of Mashiro taking over it, and help out.

Universe Warrior Zenkai Juran still using the Zenkai Buckle
- Although the movie features a Universe Warrior Zenkai Juran, they still used the Zenkai Buckle instead of the Tsumega Buckle, likely due to the scene only being a few seconds being shown and how the Zenkai Buckle is more difficult to traditionally replace on the Zenkai Juran suit.
- This also makes the Zenkaigers the only team to have two different Universe Warrior forms, purely due to Zenkaiger being the only Sentai season where the Sentai Red wasn't the leader at all.
- Since the movie was theatrically released before Maya Imamori's termination on November 8, 2025, the home media releases are unaffected with the ongoing reshoots replacing her with Kohaku Shida.
