Ninjor is a master forge. He followed the original timeline until the events of Shattered Grid altered time. Here, Lord Drakkon tricked him into upgrading his Power Coin. Ninjor knows many mysteries and secrets of the Morphin Grid thanks to the books written by Morphing Masters which are stored within his temple.

Escaping from his prison, Lord Drakkon makes his way to where Ninjor is hiding and convinces him to repair his damaged Morpher and Power Coin, Drakkon claims to be a friend of Ninjor's from the future who gave Drakkon his powers. He has come to this past after a great crisis in his own time and needs Ninjor's help to restore his lost powers. COMIC STORY- Mighty Morphin Power Rangers (Boom! Studios) Issue 25
When Drakkon returns to Finster 5, it is revealed that he has captured Ninjor and used his knowledge to give himself a Samurai upgrade from one of the stolen Samuraizers. What happened to Ninjor after this is unclear but is is implied that Drakkon brainwashed the ninja master to serve him but the Rangers later rescue him. In the World of the Coinless, Zack, Trini, and Billy, The Coinless rebels (which include Zack, Trini, Bulk, and Skull) tell the Rangers that their forces took a major hit thanks to Scorpina and they lost almost everyone, Skull has discovered that Drakkon has the main world’s Ninjor as prisoner. When Trini asks, “What’s a Ninjor?”, the Coinless version of Zack and Trini realize that the main world Rangers have not met him yet, and explain that Ninjor is the creator of the Power Coins. The plan of the Coinless Rebels is simple: If they can rescue Ninjor and free him from Drakkon’s spell, it will be possible to defeat him once and for all. Later, Skull escorts the rescue team to where Ninjor is being held. The elder Zack frees Ninjor from his mind control headband, but the group is soon spotted by Finster 5 and some Sentries and they open fire. The young Zack is pushed out of the way and the elder Zack takes the hit, with the energy blast ripping a hole through his chest, killing him. Skull buys the others some time by fighting off the Sentries and tells the group to head out to the side exit to escape.
When the rescue team meets up with elder Trini, who is devastated when she sees that her Zack is not with them and learns that he was murdered. Trini and Ninjor reveals that Lord Drakkon’s goal isn’t to eliminate all Rangers for conquest, but merge with the Morphin Grid by taking away their powers and merging them with his own. Asking for help[]
Back at the Command Center, the Rangers are in the pocket dimension discussing the grim situation as the Morphin Grid is beginning to collapse under strain from Lord Drakkon’s activities. Ninjor explains to the Rangers that Drakkon is planning on going inside the Grid. With the barriers between dimensions weakening by way of a control tower in Drakkon’s fortress, an alarm goes off as an escape pod ship makes a crash landing near the Command Center. Ninjor and the other Rangers leave the Command Center to go help Andros the Red Space Ranger. Later, Andros explains to Jason and Lauren how he got here and what happened to his team. In Drakkon's fortress, the Tyrannosaurus Sentry guards are zapped by a spell from Rita Repulsa as she, Zordon, Ninjor and Cruger enter the throne room. Ninjor recognize the signature of the Wizard of the Deceotion, with Rita explaining that the highest concentration of magic is the place where the user interacts with most, in this case, Drakkon's throne. She then pulls out the Green Candle and places it near the throne as she lights it and begins to cast a spell. Drakkon then teleports into his throne room, only to find Rita sitting in his throne mocking him as he grows weaker and weaker. Suddenly, Ninjor and the others are zapped and knocked out by Finster 5, wielding Lord Zedd's Staff. Drakkon then hits a switch which releases all of the morphing energy from the Morphers into him. Ninjor's timeline was later rebuilt after the Mighty Morphin Team defeated Lord Drakkon.
The New Adventures of Blue Senturion and Ninjor[]
In 2205, Ninjor is still residing inside his bottle in the Temple of Power until the Blue Senturion arrives with the intention of arresting him as he believes that Ninjor is responsible for the creation of the Mutant Rangers that rob the the Angel Grove Museum. Ninjor is initially unwilling to cooperate as he wishes to be left alone and even mocks the rookie cop by poking his eye when the Senturion picks up his bottle. However, when Ninjor overhears that the Rangers are related to the crime, he grows curious and excitedly decides to join the Blue Senturion as his partner on the case much to the Blue Senturion’s chagrin. After Ninjor discovers that the Rangers the Blue Senturion is after are Putty Patrollers that can impersonate Rangers using the Badges of Darkness, he meditates to track the energies of the Badges of Darkness. This allows him to sense one of Mesogog's Invisiportals that the Mutant Rangers escape into. The two head later find themselves on a desert at night where the Blue Senturion tries to do a stakeout, much to Ninjor's impatience. The Mutant Rangers later appear disguised as the Turbo Rangers and they start digging the Red Battlezord on the desert, Ninjor and the Blue Senturion witness the Zord emerge from the ground. Ninjor changes into his giant Battle Mode whilst the Senturion summons the Robo Racer before Ninjor kicks and tosses the Zeo Battlezord right into Robo Racer, damaging it but defeating the Rangers who later melt out of the Zeo Battlezord. Ninjor then commands the Zeo Battlezord and crashes at Venus as that was where the Mutant Rangers where going. The duo approaches Monsieur Muster's lair and Muster introduces himself to the the duo and deploys a large collection of Krybots, but the duo easily defeat the Krybots and later arrest Muster. Ninjor later repairs the Senturion's Robo Racer and they both say that they should work together again sometime, shaking hands and referring to each other as "BFFs of Justice".
