The Nin Shuriken (忍シュリケン, Nin Shuriken) are small throwing stars used by the Ninningers to unlock their powers, forms, and Mecha by placing them into the Ninja Ichibantou, then spinning them. The Ninningers can also throw copies of their Transformation Nin Shuriken for various kinds of attacks.

The Nin Shuriken are divided into three types: Transformation Nin Shuriken (変化忍シュリケン, Henge Shuriken), Technique Nin Shuriken (技忍シュリケン, Waza Nin Shuriken), and OtomoNin Shuriken (オトモ忍シュリケン, OtomoNin Shuriken lit. "Companion Ninja Shuriken", derived from "Companion" (お供, Otomo)).

The Nin Shuriken were initally created by Yoshitaka Igasaki's friend, the weaponsmith Tetsunosuke Saika XXI, who is succeeded by his son Tetsunosuke Saika XXII. However, in certain cases, when the Ninningers sharpen their Nintality (忍タリティ, Nintariti, combined form of "Ninja Mentality") enough times, the purified Sealing Shuriken used to create Youkai can transform into new Nin Shuriken to expand their arsenal.

Sealing Shuriken

The Sealing Shuriken (封印の手裏剣, Fūin no Shuriken) are the original set of 48 Shuriken which were used by Yoshitaka Igasaki to seal Gengetsu Kibaoni. Tainted by Kibaoni, they are used to create Youkai by combining with inanimate objects. Once the Youkai is destroyed, the Sealing Shuriken that forms its core is purified and the Ninningers must gather all of them in order to seal Kibaoni once more. Certain Sealing Shuriken can also transform into Nin Shuriken which adds to the Ninningers' arsenal or Yo Shuriken which are used by Kyuemon Izayoi to further the Kibaoni Army Corps.

Youkai Kamaitachi: Created from a Sealing Shuriken that came into contact with a chainsaw following the breaking of Gengetsu Kibaoni's seal. After the Youkai was destroyed by Shurikenjin, the Sealing Shuriken was purified and taken by the Ninningers. TV STORY-Shinobi 1: We're Ninja!
Youkai Kappa: Created from a Sealing Shuriken that came into contact with a fire extinguisher. After the Youkai was destroyed by Shurikenjin Drago, the Sealing Shuriken was purified and taken by the Ninningers. TV STORY-Shinobi 2: Become the Last Ninja!

Youkai Tsuchigumo: Created from a Sealing Shuriken that came into contact with a refrigerator. After the Youkai was destroyed by the Ninningers, the Sealing Shuriken was purified and taken by the Ninningers. TV STORY-Shinobi 4: It's Here! Paonmaru
Youkai Ungaikyo: Created from a Sealing Shuriken that came into contact with a parabolic antenna. After the Youkai was destroyed by the Ninningers, the Sealing Shuriken was purified and taken by the Ninningers. TV STORY-Shinobi 5: The Space Ninja UFOmaru!
Youkai Buruburu: Created from a Sealing Shuriken that came into contact with a Spider Viral Core. After the Youkai was destroyed by the Ninningers, Kyuemon took the Sealing Shuriken from Buruburu's remains and gave it to "Doctor D" (Roidmude 089), who combined it with his Core to evolve into the Shocker Buruburu. After Shocker Buruburu was defeated by the combined teamwork of the Ninningers with Kamen Riders Drive and Mach, the Sealing Shuriken was finally purified as it seperated from the Roidmude Core which was subsequently destroyed, and taken by the Ninningers. Youkai Tengu: Created from a Sealing Shuriken that came into contact with a clarinet. After the Youkai was destroyed by the Ninningers, the Sealing Shuriken was purified and taken by the Ninningers. TV STORY-Shinobi 6: Tengu's Spiriting Away
Youkai Nekomata: Created from a Sealing Shuriken that came in contact with an abandoned watch. But while the Youkai was destroyed by the Ninningers and their senior Red Sentai Ninjas with his Sealing Shuriken purified and reclaimed TV STORY-Shinobi 7: Spring Ninja Festival!, however his essence still lives on the infected watch, allowing him to endlessly revive until the watch was destroyed. End Shuriken

The End Shuriken (終わりの手裏剣, Owari no Shuriken) is an extremely powerful shuriken possessed by the Last Ninja, capable of destroying the world.

AkaNinger Shuriken (アカニンジャーシュリケン, Akaninjā Shuriken) - Allows AkaNinger to transform, marked with the kanji for "red" (赤, Aka).
AoNinger Shuriken (アオニンジャーシュリケン, Aoninjā Shuriken) - Allows AoNinger to transform, marked with the kanji for "blue" (青, Ao).
KiNinger Shuriken (キニンジャーシュリケン, Kininjā Shuriken) - Allows KiNinger to transform, marked with the kanji for "yellow" (黄, Ki).
ShiroNinger Shuriken (シロニンジャーシュリケン, Shironinjā Shuriken) - Allows ShiroNinger to transform, marked with the kanji for "white" (白, Shiro).
MomoNinger Shuriken (モモニンジャーシュリケン, Momoninjā Shuriken) - Allows MomoNinger to transform, marked with the kanji for "pink" (桃, Momo).
StarNinger Shuriken (スターニンジャーシュリケン, Sutāninjā Shuriken) - Allows StarNinger to transform, marked with the kanji for "star" (星, Hoshi).
Chozetsu Shuriken (超絶シュリケン, Chōzetsu Shuriken) - Allows a Ninninger to power-up to their Chozetsu Mode by spinning this Shuriken latched onto the Chozetsu Shoubu Changer. The Shuriken itself carries a lion motif, with the kanji for "super" (超, Chō) located inside the mouth itself.

Goton Shuriken (五トンシュリケン, Goton Shuriken lit. "Five Release Shuriken") - An elemental Nin Shuriken marked with the kanji for "five" (五, Go), this Shuriken is capable of launching Ninjutsu attacks based on five elements marked with their respective kanji by turning the blade to the appropriate setting of choice before being inserted into the Ninja Ichibantou, making it announce the name of the Ninjutsu the current setting would unleash. This Shuriken was given to the Ninningers by Yoshitaka during the start of their training. TV STORY-Shinobi 2: Become the Last Ninja!
- Fire (火, Hi) - This setting makes the Ninja Ichibantou announce "Mera Mera Ja!" (メラメラじゃ!, "Mera Mera Ja!") once the Shuriken is spun. First used in Ressha Sentai ToQger vs. Kyoryuger: The Movie by AoNinger.
  - Allows the user to perform the Shuriken Ninja Art: Flame Technique (手裏剣忍法・火炎の術, Shuriken Ninpō - Kaen no Jutsu), which has two variations:
    - Makes the Ninja Ichibantou shoot a stream of fire at the enemy.
    - Allows anything that can conduct fire to ignite in flames upon contact.
  - Allows the user to perform the Shuriken Ninja Art: Great Flame Technique (手裏剣忍法・大火炎の術, Shuriken Ninpō - Dai Kaen no Jutsu), where, if slammed into the ground, it makes many great pillars of fire to erupt from the ground. Care must be taken when using this super-charged Ninja Art, as the user can get caught up in the attack's blast radius.
    - A more controlled variation of this move exists where the five Ninningers all use the Goton Nin Shuriken in its fire setting while Starninger uses the Furai Shuriken on its wind setting. This version fires a blast of flame powerful enough to break out of the illusions created by Youkai Umibozu.
  - Allows the user to perform the Shuriken Ninja Art: Flame Rampage Slash (手裏剣忍法・火炎暴れ斬り, Shuriken Ninpō - Kaen Abare Giri), where the blade of the Ninja Ichibantou is covered in flames as it is used to simultaneously slash and burn the enemy.
  - Allows the user to perform the Shuriken Ninja Art: Fireball Technique (手裏剣忍法・火の玉ボールの術, Shuriken Ninpō - Hinotama Bōru no Jutsu), causing a thrown baseball to be covered in flames to ensure a strike.
  - Allows the user to perform the Shuriken Ninja Art: Fire Technique (手裏剣忍法・火の術, Shuriken Ninpō - Hi no Jutsu), where the user shoots a stream of fire at the enemy, similar to its basic technique.
  - Allows the user to perform the Shuriken Ninja Art: Super Flame Technique (超手裏剣忍法・超火炎の術, Shuriken Ninpō - Chō Kaen no Jutsu), where the user creates a pillar of fire that acts as a defensive wall.
- Water (水, Mizu) - This setting makes the Ninja Ichibantou announce "Jabu Jabu Ja!" (ジャブジャブじゃ!, "Jabu Jabu Ja!") once the Shuriken is spun.
  - Allows the user to perform the Shuriken Ninja Art: Water Technique (手裏剣忍法・水の術, Shuriken Ninpō - Mizu no Jutsu), which has three variations:
    - Makes the Ninja Ichibantou release a stream of water that splashes onto the enemy.
    - Turns the weapon into a self-propelled surfboard for the user to ride.
    - Makes the weapon release a white steam for overshadowing purposes.
  - Allows the user to perform the Shuriken Ninja Art: Mirror Flower Water Moon (手裏剣忍法・鏡花水月, Shuriken Ninpō - Kyōka Suigetsu), which releases a mass of water and turns it into a watery mirror that can reflect enemy attacks back at the enemy.
  - Allows the user to perform the Shuriken Ninja Art: Mirror Reflection Technique (手裏剣忍法・のかがみの術, Shuriken Ninpō - Kagami Gaesu no Jutsu).
- Wood (木, Ki) - This setting makes the Ninja Ichibantou announce "Moku Moku Ja!" (モクモクじゃ!, "Moku Moku Ja!") once the Shuriken is spun.
  - Allows the user to perform the Shuriken Ninja Art: Wood Technique (手裏剣忍法・木の術, Shuriken Ninpō - Ki no Jutsu), which has three variations:
    - Creates a flurry of leaves and twigs that sends the enemy flying.
    - Summons a green net from the ground for catching purposes.
    - Turns a leaf into a big kite which works like a jetpack.
  - Allows the user to perform the Shuriken Ninja Art: Net Technique (手裏剣忍法・網の術, Shuriken Ninpō - Amiami no Jutsu), which creates a net of vines to trap enemies.
  - Allows the user to perform the Shuriken Ninja Art: Slippery Vine Technique (手裏剣忍法・つるつるしたの術, Shuriken Ninpō - Tsurutsuru Shita no Jutsu), summoning vines that are used to bind an enemy.
- Metal (金, Kin, Note: this is typically the kanji for "Gold") - This setting makes the Ninja Ichibantou announce "Kin Kira Ja!" (キンキラじゃ!, "Kin Kira Ja!") once the Shuriken is spun.
  - Allows the user to perform the Shuriken Ninja Art: Metal Technique (手裏剣忍法・金の術, Shuriken Ninpō - Kin no Jutsu), which has four variations:
    - Summons a gold-colored metal washing pan that falls onto the head of the enemy.
    - Creates a bigger energy version of the same pan to use as a barrier.
    - Summons a barrage of gold-colored kunai.
    - Summons a cage that can be used to trap the enemy.
  - Allows the user to perform the Shuriken Ninja Art: Chain Technique (手裏剣忍法・チェーンの術, Shuriken Ninpō - Chēn no Jutsu), summoning chains to restrain an enemy.
  - Allows the user to perform the Shuriken Ninja Art: Punishment Technique (手裏剣忍法・の術, Shuriken Ninpō - Oshioki no Jutsu).
  - Allows the user to perform the Shuriken Ninja Art: Wait a Moment Technique (手裏剣忍法・の術, Shuriken Ninpō - no Jutsu)
- Earth (土, Tsuchi, Note: this is typically the kanji for "Soil") - This setting makes the Ninja Ichibantou announce "Don Don Ja!" (ドンドンじゃ!, "Don Don Ja!") once the Shuriken is spun.
  - Allows the user to perform the Shuriken Ninja Art: Earth Technique (手裏剣忍法・土の術, Shuriken Ninpō - Tsuchi no Jutsu), which has three variations:
    - Creates an explosion that sends dirt near the enemy to blind and disorient them.
    - Makes the ground under the enemy protuberant.
    - Summons a pitfall trap under the enemy.
  - Allows the user to perform the Shuriken Ninja Art: Sand Castle Technique (手裏剣忍法・砂の城の術, Shuriken Ninpō - Suna no Shiro no Jutsu).
  - Allows the user to perform the Shuriken Ninja Art: Muddle Technique (手裏剣忍法・ドロドロの術, Shuriken Ninpō - Dorodoro no Jutsu), which softens the ground.
Furai Nin Shuriken (風雷忍シュリケン, Furai Nin Shuriken lit. "Wind and Lightning Nin Shuriken) - A dual-elemental Nin Shuriken that is capable of launching Ninjutsu attacks based on either wind or lightning by simply flipping the panel on the Shuriken itself to the desired elemental setting of choice, with the settings being marked with their respective kanji. This Shuriken is part of StarNinger's arsenal since his debut to be used on the Star Sword-Gun.
- Wind (風, Kaze) - This setting makes the Star Sword-Gun announce "Wind Magic!" (風マジック!, Kaze Majikku!) after flipping its panel, as well as "Hurricane Ja!" (ハリケーンじゃ!, Harikēn Ja!) once the Shuriken is spun.
  - Allows StarNinger to perform the Shuriken Ninja Art: Wind Technique (手裏剣忍法・風の術, Shuriken Ninpō - Kaze no Jutsu), where he creates a human-sized cyclone that is powerful enough to pick up a squad of Jukkarage.
- Lightning (雷, Kaminari) - This setting makes the Star Sword-Gun announce "Lightning Magic!" (雷マジック!, Kaminari Majikku!) after flipping its panel, as well as "Thunder Ja!" (サンダーじゃ!, Sandā Ja!) once the Shuriken is spun.
  - Allows StarNinger to perform the Shuriken Ninja Art: Lightning Technique (手裏剣忍法・雷の術, Shuriken Ninpō - Kaminari no Jutsu), where he sends a stream of lightning above the target's head and makes a thundercloud form. The thundercloud then zaps the poor sod standing right below it.
  - Allows StarNinger to perform the Shuriken Ninja Art: Rock 'n' Roll Thunder Technique (手裏剣忍法・ロックアンドロールサンダーの術, Shuriken Ninpō - Rokku ando Rōru Sandā no Jutsu).
  - Allows StarNinger to perform the Shuriken Ninja Art: Super Thunder Technique (手裏剣忍法・超イカヅチの術, Shuriken Ninpō - Chō Ikazuchi no Jutsu).
Combination Nin Shuriken (合体忍シュリケン, Gattai Nin Shuriken) - An especially powerful Nin Shuriken that utilizes the powers of all the core Ninningers into one attack. The enormous power of this Shuriken is on the basis of its creation from not one, but four purified Sealing Shuriken using AkaNinger's boosted Nintality through his acceptance of team power from AoNinger's own Ninja Ichibantou in his final rematch with Raizo Gabi. This golden Shuriken marked with the kanji for "combine" (合, Gō).
- King Shuriken Fusion (キングシュリケン合体, Kingu Shuriken Gattai) - This technique is used specifically during giant battles to combine the core Ninningers' Shurikenjin and StarNinger's BisonKing into King Shurikenjin.
Super Combination Nin Shuriken (超合体忍シュリケン, Chō Gattai Nin Shuriken) - This special Nin Shuriken is the first Nin Shuriken to be created by Tetsunosuke Saika XXII, and the second of his creations that supports the Lion Ha-Ojo. It is basically a powered-up variant of Combination Nin Shuriken (with its blade edges recolored Crimson Red instead of Gold) which allows for the combination of the core Ninningers' Shurikenjin, StarNinger's BisonKing, and Lion Ha-Oh into the colossal Ha-Oh Shurikenjin.

OtomoNin Shuriken: Red (オトモ忍シュリケン・アカ, Otomo Nin Shuriken - Aka) - Summons the OtomoNin Shinobimaru. Also completes the helmet for Shurikenjin. This Shuriken, along with the other color-marked OtomoNin Shuriken, are marked with the kanji for "machine" (機, Ki). The Ninningers gained these OtomoNin Shuriken from Yoshitaka Igasaki when Youkai Kamaitachi was enlarged.
OtomoNin Shuriken: Blue (オトモ忍シュリケン・アオ, Otomo Nin Shuriken - Ao) - Summons the OtomoNin Dragomaru. Also completes the helmet for Shurikenjin Drago. This Shuriken, along with the other color-marked OtomoNin Shuriken, are marked with the kanji for "machine" (機, Ki). The Ninningers gained these OtomoNin Shuriken from Yoshitaka Igasaki when Youkai Kamaitachi was enlarged.
OtomoNin Shuriken: Yellow (オトモ忍シュリケン・キ, Otomo Nin Shuriken - Ki) - Summons the OtomoNin Dumpmaru. This Shuriken, along with the other color-marked OtomoNin Shuriken, are marked with the kanji for "machine" (機, Ki). The Ninningers gained these OtomoNin Shuriken from Yoshitaka Igasaki when Youkai Kamaitachi was enlarged.
OtomoNin Shuriken: White (オトモ忍シュリケン・シロ, Otomo Nin Shuriken - Shiro) - Summons the OtomoNin Wanmaru. This Shuriken, along with the other color-marked OtomoNin Shuriken, are marked with the kanji for "machine" (機, Ki). The Ninningers gained these OtomoNin Shuriken from Yoshitaka Igasaki when Youkai Kamaitachi was enlarged.
OtomoNin Shuriken: Pink (オトモ忍シュリケン・モモ, Otomo Nin Shuriken - Momo) - Summons the OtomoNin Byunmaru. This Shuriken, along with the other color-marked OtomoNin Shuriken, are marked with the kanji for "machine" (機, Ki). The Ninningers gained these OtomoNin Shuriken from Yoshitaka Igasaki when Youkai Kamaitachi was enlarged.
OtomoNin Shuriken: Paon (オトモ忍シュリケン・パオン, OtomoNin Shuriken: Paon) - Created from a purified Sealing Shuriken after AkaNinger sharpened his Nintality through the power of teamwork against Youkai Tsuchigumo, this Shuriken is marked with the kanji for "elephant" (象, Zō). If this Shuriken is used to initiate a Ninjutsu, it makes the Ninja Ichibantou announce "Pao Pao Ja!" (パオパオジャ!, "Pao Pao Ja!") after being spun.
- Summons the OtomoNin Paonmaru. Also completes the helmet for Shurikenjin Paon.
- Uses the Shuriken Ninja Art: Stretching Technique (手裏剣忍法・蜿蜿長蛇の術, Shuriken Ninpō - En'en Chōda no Jutsu) to elongate, as well as enlarge and strengthen, the user's limbs for them to reach out and attack enemies from any distance. This technique reflects the natural ability of an elephant's trunk, which Paonmaru itself is modeled upon. TV STORY-Shinobi 5: The Space Ninja UFOmaru!
OtomoNin Shuriken: UFO (オトモ忍シュリケン・ＵＦＯ（ユーフォー）, Otomo Nin Shuriken - Yūfō) - Created from a purified Sealing Shuriken when the Ninningers refused to give up in pursuing Youkai Ungaikyo and ending his schemes, this Shuriken is marked with the kanji for "orbit" (宙, Chū). If this Shuriken is used to initiate a Ninjutsu, it makes the Ninja Ichibantou announce "UFO Ja!" (ＵＦＯ（ユーフォー）ジャ！, Yūfo Ja!) after being spun.
- Summons the OtomoNin UFOmaru. Also completes the helmet for Shurikenjin UFO.
- Uses the Shuriken Ninja Art: Heaven and Earth Reversal Technique (手裏剣忍法・天地逆転の術, Shuriken Ninpō - Tenchi Gyakuten no Jutsu) to manipulate the gravity around the user's target for them to slam into the ground several times. - Uses the Shuriken Ninja Art: UFO Ball Technique (手裏剣忍法・UFO (ユーフォ)ボールの術, Shuriken Ninpō - Yūfo Bōru no Jutsu), allowing a baseball that would have been a foul ball to be moved around in midair to allow it to land fairly. TV STORY-Shinobi 21: Burn! Ninja Baseball of Dreams
- Uses the Shuriken Ninja Art: Zero Gravity Technique (手裏剣忍法・, Shuriken Ninpō - Mujūryoku no Jutsu) to generate a miniature manifestation of UFOmaru which allows the user to hover over tall obstacles. TV STORY-Shinobi 29: Definitive Edition Ninja Sugoroku!
OtomoNin Shuriken: Surfer (オトモ忍シュリケン・サーファー, Otomo Nin Shuriken - Sāfā) - Created from a purified Sealing Shuriken when the five Ninningers went to rescue Starninger from Youkai Umibozu's illusions and were resolved to settle things once and for all with him without any hard feelings, this Shuriken is marked with the kanji for "wave" (波, Nami). If this Shuriken is used to initiate a Ninjutsu, it makes the Ninja Ichibantou announce "Surfer Ja!" (サーファージャ！, Sāfā Ja!).
- Summons the OtomoNin Surfermaru. Also completes the helmet for Shurikenjin Surfer.
- Uses the Shuriken Ninja Art: Surfer Catch Technique (手裏剣忍法・サーファーキャッチの術, Shuriken Ninpō - Sāfā Kyatchi no Jutsu) to summon a wave for the user to ride on so that they can catch an object. This technique reflects a surfer's ability to ride on a wave, which Surfermaru itself is modeled upon. TV STORY-Shinobi 21: Burn! Ninja Baseball of Dreams
OtomoNin Shuriken: Bison (オトモ忍シュリケン・バイソン, Otomo Nin Shuriken - Baison) - Summons both the OtomoNin Rodeomaru and OtomoNin Bison Buggy in which Rodeomaru rides on. Also used to combine both OtomoNins into BisonKing. This Shuriken is marked with the kanji for "cattle" (牛, Ushi).
Sky OtomoNin Shuriken: Lion (天空オトモ忍シュリケン・獅子, Tenkū Otomo Nin Shuriken - Shishi) - Allows Akaninger Chozetsu to call upon the Sky OtomoNin Lion Ha-Ojo to descend from the mountains where it is hidden. This Shuriken appears straight from the Chozetsu Shoubu Changer for Akaninger Chozetsu to summon the Sky OtomoNin the same way as summoning a regular OtomoNin of their own. This Shuriken is marked with the kanji for "lion" (獅, Shi).

The Legend Hero Shuriken are a special type of Nin Shuriken associated with the Ninningers' Super Sentai predecessors. They have a similar appearance to the Transformation Shuriken, only with the faces of the represented past Sentai heroes (particularly Red) as opposed to the Ninningers, making them somewhat similar to the Legend Sentai Zyudenchi. They also sport the symbols of that team, such as the Hurricaneger Shuriken's Hayate School emblem and the Kakuranger Shuriken's stylized kanji for "Shinobi". These Nin Shuriken can be used on the OtomoNins and, to a lesser extent, the combinations resulted from them.

Nin Shuriken representing AkaNinger's Ninja Sentai predecessors NinjaRed and HurricaneRed debut in episode 7, and are kept by the Ninningers from then onwards. In the DX Toyline, they can be used to play an instrumental of their series' respective theme songs, Secret Kakuranger and Hurricaneger Sanjou!.

A Nin Shuriken representing the ninja-themed Metal Hero, Jiraiya, appears in episode 34.

Kakuranger Shuriken (カクレンジャーシュリケン, Kakurenjā Shuriken) - This Shuriken bears a likeness to NinjaRed and is marked with the kanji for "bun" (分, "bun"), reflecting NinjaRed's special ability of duplicating himself to fight the Youkai. When used in the Ninja Ichibantou, it announces "Kakuranger" (カクレンジャー, Kakurenjā).
- Shuriken Ninja Art: Hidden Technique (手裏剣忍法・隠れの術, Shuriken Ninpō - Kakure no Jutsu) - When used on Shurikenjin, it casts illusions of the mecha so that it can surround the enemy before striking them. TV STORY-Shinobi 7: Spring Ninja Festival!
- Shuriken Ninja Art: Cloning Technique (手裏剣忍法・分身の術, Shuriken Ninpō - Bunshin no Jutsu) - When used by a Ninninger, it creates physical clones of themselves, with the individual clones being capable of passing themselves off as the Ninninger who summoned them. TV STORY-Shinobi 9: Ninjutsu vs. Magic, the Great Battle!
Hurricaneger Shuriken (ハリケンジャーシュリケン, Harikenjā Shuriken) - This Shuriken bears a likeness to HurricaneRed and is marked with the kanji for "sky" (空, Sora), reflecting both HurricaneRed's aerial superiority and official title as an Air Ninja (空忍, Soranin). When used in the Ninja Ichibantou, it announces "Hurricaneger" (ハリケンジャー, Harikenjā).
- Shuriken Ninja Art: Hurricane Technique (手裏剣忍法・ハリケーンの術, Shuriken Ninpō - Harikēn no Jutsu) - When used on Shurikenjin, it temporarily ejects Shinobimaru from the mecha and gives the OtomoNin super speed so that it can rapidly strike the enemy. TV STORY-Shinobi 7: Spring Ninja Festival!
Jiraiya Nin Shuriken (ジライヤ忍シュリケン, Jiraiya Nin Shuriken) - This Shuriken bears the likeness of the ninja-themed Metal Hero Jiraiya and is marked with the kanji for "magnetic" (磁, Ji). When used in the Ninja Ichibantou, it announces "World Ninja" (世界忍者戦, Sekai Ninja). Allows the user to perform the Jiraiya Technique (ジライヤの術, Jiraiya no Jutsu), which has two variations:
- When used by a Ninninger, it summons the Optical-magnetized Light Vacuum Sword. TV STORY-Shinobi 34: Enter Jiraiya, Legendary World Ninja!
- When used on Gekiatsu Dai-Oh, it manifests a fiery construct of Jiraishin. TV STORY-Shinobi 34: Enter Jiraiya, Legendary World Ninja!

Shuku Shaku Shuku Sho Shuriken - Forces something of giant size to shrink down to a normal, human size. This Shuriken is marked with the kanji for "small" (小, Ko). Used exclusively in Ressha Sentai ToQger vs. Kyoryuger: The Movie on a Kuliner Robo before the Ninningers could destroy it with their Tower Ninja Whirlwind attack.
Tridoron Shuriken (トライドロンシュリケン, Toraidoron Shuriken) - Transforms Kamen Rider Drive's Tridoron into an OtomoNin, which can also combine with Shurikenjin to form Shurikenjin Tridoron. This Shuriken is marked with the kanji for "car" (車, Kuruma). Used exclusively in Super Hero Taisen GP: Kamen Rider 3, where it is given to Shinnosuke by Yoshitaka via the Midnight Shadow Shift Car while watching Shurikenjin fight Rider Robo. This Nin Shuriken more than likely faded out of existence after the timeline was restored.

The following Nin Shuriken are exclusive to the DVD special, Shuriken Sentai Ninninger: AkaNinger vs. StarNinger Hundred Nin Battle!.

Koromogae Shuriken - Transforms AkaNinger and StarNinger into their 'Ishouisshi' forms as well as transforming their respective Transformation Shuriken into the Ishouisshi Shuriken. This Shuriken is marked with the kanji for "clothing" (衣, Koromo).
AkaNinger Ishouisshi Nin Shuriken - Transformed from the AkaNinger Nin Shuriken using the Koromogae Shuriken, allows the Clothes Change AkaNinger to perform the Great Splendid Ninja Violent Slash (大アッパレニンジャ烈斬, Dai Appare Ninja Retsu Zan) finisher attack. This Shuriken is marked with the kanji for "clothing" (衣, Koromo).
StarNinger Ishouisshi Nin Shuriken - Transformed from the StarNinger Nin Shuriken using the Koromogae Shuriken, allows the Clothes Change StarNinger to perform the Dynamic Western Rockstar (ダイナミックウエスタンロックスター, Dainamikku Uesutan Rokkusutā) finisher attack. This Shuriken is marked with the kanji for "clothing" (衣, Koromo).

Special Nin Shuriken - Ninninger Arrival Ver. (スペシャル忍シュリケン～ニンニンジャー見参Ver.～, Supesharu Nin Shuriken ~ Ninninjā Kenzan Bājon~)

Yo Shuriken

The Yo Shuriken (妖シュリケン, Yō Shuriken, lit. "Phantom Shuriken") are evil counterparts of the Nin Shuriken which are utilized by Kibaoni Army Corps. These Yo Shuriken can be created from one of Yoshitaka Igasaki's purified Sealing Shuriken, provided one had fallen into Kyuemon's hands.

Goton Yo Shuriken (五トン妖シュリケン, Goton Yō Shuriken, lit. "Five Release Yo Shuriken") - Used by Kyuemon Izayoi for various purposes, it is marked with the kanji for "evil" (邪, Aku).
- Demon Technique: Corpulence Swelling Technique (妖術・肥大蕃息の術, Yōjutsu: Hidai Hansoku no Jutsu) - Used to allow Youkai to grow giant size, it can also grow other monsters such as Roidmudes as seen in the incident in the Kamen Riders' world. TV STORY-Shuriken Sentai Ninninger Vs. Kamen Rider Drive Spring Vacation Combining Special When this spell is in use, the Goton Yo Shuriken is in its yellow-hued point, and Gengetsu Kibaoni's voice can be heard as he shouts "Iiii!".
- Demon Technique: Yokai Fusing Technique (妖術・妖怪融合の術, Yōjutsu: Yōkai Yūgō no Jutsu): Used to infuse Yokai power into a human. Performed once on Kinji Takigawa but halted when he resisted Kyuemon. TV STORY-Shinobi 27: It's Summer! Chozetsu Star is Born! When this spell is in use, the Goton Yo Shuriken is in its red-hued point, and Gengetsu Kibaoni's voice can be heard as he shouts "Aaaa!"
- Demon Technique: Shinobi Summoning Technique (妖術・忍び招へいの術, Yōjutsu: Shinobi Shōhei no Jutsu): Used to summon a dark Izayoi Way Ninja from the Kibaoni family's scrolls. When this spell is in use, the Goton Yo Shuriken is in its green-hued point, and Gengetsu Kibaoni's voice can be heard as he shouts "Uuuu!"
  - Izayoi-style Ninja Art: Summoning Technique (十六夜流忍法・召喚の術, Izayoi-ryū Ninpō: Shōkan no Jutsu): Used to summon the Karakuri Kyuubi, Kyuemon's equivalent of the OtomoNin. TV STORY-Shinobi 31: The Runaway Ninja!
Gashadokuro Yo Shuriken (ガシャドクロ妖シュリケン, Gashadokuro Yō Shuriken) - Created from Youkai Kasha's purified Sealing Shuriken and transformed into its current state by Kyuemon Izayoi, this Yo Shuriken utilized Demon Technique: Gashadokuro Summoning Technique (妖術・ガシャドクロ召喚の術, Yōjutsu: Gashadokuro Shōkan no Jutsu) to summon a (or in certain cases, two) Giant Yokai Gashadokuro. It is marked with the kanji for "smash" (砕, Sai).
Izayoi Way Shuriken (十六夜流シュリケン, Izayoi-ryū Shuriken): The personal Shuriken possessed by each of the Izayoi Way Ninja. Used to perform dark Ninja Arts through their personal ninja swords in the same fashion the Ninningers utilize the Nin Shuriken through their Ninja Ichibantou.

Notes

The Goton Nin Shuriken is based on the Chinese Five Elements.
The Furai Nin Shuriken could be a reference to the Hurricangers and Gouraigers of Ninpu Sentai Hurricaneger.
The Goton Yo Shuriken's faces and the sounds they make are based off of how the Japanese pronounce the 5 vowels.

This is the first Collectible Item collected from the defeated Monsters-of-the-Week. This concept was previously used in the Kamen Rider Series with the Undead from Kamen Rider Blade as well as the Greeed and Yummy from Kamen Rider OOO. This was also used in Madan Senki Ryukendo when some defeated Jamanga become Madan Keys or in Ultraman Ginga when a defeated Kaiju or a Corrupted Ultra would become a Spark Doll.
This is also the first Collectible Item in Super Sentai to be mainly used by both heroes and villains. This trend has been applied in the Kamen Rider Series since Kamen Rider W's Gaia Memories.
