Neikaa (ネイカー Neikā) is a hornet-hemed Majin minion of the Space Pirates Barban under Gun Boss Sambash
History[]
A hornet-like Majin armed with a rapier. He uses Seismic Needles to create points to cause earthquakes the next day, in order to open the cave leading to the presumed resting place of the Galaxy Lights.
When Ginga Blue arrives and defeats him, Neikar drinks Balban Extract, as he battles Gingarilla, before Gingaioh destroys him with the Galcon Bowgun.

- Seismic Needles: He can use Seismic Needles for combat and also used to attack the ground beneath to cause earthquakes, which is used by Sambash to unveil the supposed hiding place of the Lights of Ginga.
- Rapier: His main means for direct combat is through a rapier that he is well-versed in using. He also uses his rapier to stimulate the earthquakes he creates.
