Mystery No.1 (ミステリノーワン Misuteri Nō Wan) is a mystery-themed No.1 Monster from the No One World Bridan, created from an unnamed man out of his desire to solve more mysteries.
History
At TegaSword Village, Mystery No.1 appeared before the Gozyugers and challenged the Gozyugers to solve this Locked Room Murder Case in TegaSword Village.
Initially, Ryugi didn't believe about the Locked Room scenario, prompting him to try and get out from the Cafe. However, he's suddenly teleported inside the Cafe, much to the Monk's bewilderment! Mystery No.1 explained that until this case is solved, no other people can get out from this space. Sumino feels challenged by this scenario since she's a High Class Luxurious Detective, and it's natural for Detective like her to try solving this case, prompting her to accept Mystery No.1 challenge, triggering a Number One Battle almost immediately. Sumino begins her investigation by inquiring the people who are present during the Murder time, which Ryugi replies that it's only four of the Gozyugers this morning as Mystery No.1 just entered the Cafe. Just before Sumino gives her first analysis, Mashiro Kumade entered the Cafe by breaking the glass ceiling, and announced that the culprit is among them.
While Ryugi is frustrated by Kumade breaking the building carelessly, Mystery No.1 explained to a confused Hoeru that while No One shall escape from this Mystery World, others can enter as they please. Kumade exclaimed that he alone will solve this Locked Room mystery case with suffice payments, and Bearkuma50 unexpicably appeared from the Cafe Counter to support his master exclamation. Kinjiro then asked Sumino to read their minds via her Ring Ability to find out the culprit as soon as possible, only for Sumino to reiterate that her ability didn't work on Ring Users, prompting her to read Mystery No.1 mind since he's the most suspicious between them. Unexpectedly, Mystery No.1 himself had no idea who is the murderer, and thus, the investigation temporarily hitting a dead end.
Kumade revealed that the Ai time of death is between 13:00 to 14:00 PM JST, based on the Ai state of Rigor Mortis. Sumino politely asked to left the trivial things to her, only for Kumade to voice his doubt that an Unknown, Poor Hack of a Detective could solve this case at all. Hearing the Godness insult, Sumino angrily confronts Kumade for sullying her reputation as a Detective and declared that She'll be the one who find the culprit first, and make Kumade eat back his own words. Kumade eagerly accepted her challenge, and Mystery No.1 helped them both by creating an investigation room out of blue. Both Sumino and Kumade then asked the other four Gozyugers members about their alibi during the time of the murder...
Hoeru replied that he's working on his job resume alone in his room, and Kumade mocked Hoeru to have no alibi at all. Kumade accused Hoeru as the suspect so that he can melt the Ai's Golden Bell for some cash, which perplexed Hoeru. Kinjiro then replied that he's playing Darts on his room, with Sumino accusing Kinjiro as the suspect since one could possibly impale the Ai with a Knife by throwing them as a projectile. Rikuo replied that he's doing a LIVE Stream on the Cafe during that time, and he can vouch the Rikuonist for the evidence. Lastly, Ryugi replied that he spend the morning writing the 55'th Verse of TegaSword Hymn. Suddenly, Kinjiro become paranoid that if the killer is around them, he better stay out from them before exiting the Investigation room. However, not long after, Kinjiro scream could be heard outside, and everyone find Kinjiro laying dead on the floor! Bearkuma50 then cryptically commented at the inexplicable timing of Kinjiro's murder before leaving on his own. Just as Ryugi inquires about the murderer identity, now that they are in the clear, Hoeru smelled someone in the garden, and it turns out to be Fire Candle!
When inquired about his reason of arrival, Fire Candle simply states that he's only come to pay his final respect to the Golden Ai, named Patt Kaisar, as he's Fire Candle drinking buddy. Fire Candle proceeds to genuinely mourn the Golden Ai, causing Mystery No.1 to be touched. However, Ryugi didn't buy this act of Fire Candle and promptly dragged the Attack Force Captain to the interrogation room by his enhanced Strength. However, two loud screams suddenly echoes from the said room, and everyone left found Ryugi and Fire Candle dropped dead inside! Kumade is quick to notice that Ryugi manages to left a dying message using his blood, and it formed the number "72". Mystery No.1 thought that the number might have been the age of the culprit, only for Sumino to correct the monster by revealing that Kinjiro's real age is in fact, 87 years old. Sumino then deduces that the dying message could also be interpreted as Bear (クマ Kuma) in katakana, leaving Kumade as the valid suspect based on this information.
Predictably, Kumade denies this allegations because he just arrived after Patt Kaisar is murdered. Hoeru accused Kumade for returning back after the murder is found out to make an alibi for himself, and Rikuo confides to Hoeru that while he's doing his LIVE Stream, he saw a Flash of White behind him. Hoeru is convinced that Kumade is the culprit as Rikuo sipped his Iced Coffee and Hoeru sipped a flower nectar. Suddenly, both Hoeru and Rikuo choked on their respective refreshments and dropped dead! Seeing that something is amiss on their demise, Sumino checked the kitchen counter and found a vial of poison nearby the flour pan, which coincidentally also have the Pawprint embedded on the flour, and on the sides of the Vial. After collecting all the anomalies and evidences so far, Sumino finally announces that the True Culprit of this TegaSword Village Locked Room Murder Case...
Is none other than Kumade's sole companion, BearKuma50. Kumade is in disbelief upon hearing her deduction, and Bearkuma50 denies having assaulted or murdered innocent people. However, Sumino then exclaimed that she never once revealed Kinjiro, Ryugi, and Fire Candle’s causes of death. The female detective also added that while Kumade did appeared from the outside, he only comes alone despite the tendency of both Kumade and Bearkuma50 appeared altogether. While BearKuma50 is on the kitchen counter from the get go, effectively catching BearKuma50 red handed. Kumade is frustrated by BearKuma50 crimes and demanding an explanation from the mecha, and a dejected BearKuma50 declared that if Kumade didn't need him any longer, he will fry himself in hot oil. Sumino stopped BearKuma50 for doing so and softly asked the mecha for his reasoning, exclaiming that despite his crimes, he's not inherently a bad lifeform.
BearKuma50 then revealed that he's originally a simple toy, but thanks to Kumade's ring ability to make an inanimate object comes to life (despite only once), BearKuma50 came to existence. BearKuma50 feels indebted by Kumade as his creator, and decides to repay him by killing anyone that poses as threat to Kumade's goal in the future. We then sees how BearKuma50 stabbed Patt Kaisar, Knocked Kinjiro by ramming itself to his head, attacking both Ryugi and Fire Candle while inside the Investigation Room, and pouring poison on Rikuo's coffee and Hoeru's flower. After BearKuma50 profusely apologizes to Kumade for his misdeeds, Sumino confronts Kumade, declaring that by cornering and hurting the culprit, he isn't fit to be a Detective, and sinned just the same as the culprit. Only by listening thoroughly to culprit admission and understanding their motives, one can be a true High Class Detective. Sumino announces herself as the winner of this Number One Battle and the Mystery World is come undone, bringing each and every victim back to life.
While Fire Candle and Patt Kaisar happily reunites and left the cafe, Mystery No.1 cannot accept the result fair and square, prompting him to unleash his pipe scythe in order to kill the Gozyugers. The core Gozyugers transformed to battle Mystery No.1 and the Ais, with every members allowed Sumino to personally deal with Mystery No.1. Even Kumade is offering his help for free out of his admiration of Sumino’s relentless spirit, and thus he transforms into GozyuPolar and dealt with the newly appeared batch of Ais. Now that Sumino and Mystery No.1 is left on their own terms, Mystery No.1 then challenged Sumino to solve another case, this time is to solve the marking meaning on his body. Sumino notices that Mystery No.1 body is adorned with a Chalk Outline, a "S" dying message, and a round object. Piecing all of this info altogether, Sumino retransforms into Go-On Red, summons Go Roader GT and attacked Mystery No.1 multiple times with it. Sumino then unleash her finisher to save Mystery No.1 host and fatally injures Mystery No.1. As Mystery No.1 lies dying on the road, he made an S using his own blood as the dying message, which closed the case as Sumino is both the culprit and the detective. After Mystery No.1 exploded, Sumino is declared as the Winner of this Number One Battle!

- Possession: Like all No.1 Monsters, Mystery No.1 can possess a human, and materialize in the human world through their deepest desires.
- Mystery World: Mystery No.1 is capable of generating a mystery world where people can enter as they please, but can only leave when the mystery is solved. Mystery No.1 can also created rooms to help with investigation such as an Interrogation Room out of nowhere. Lastly, any victims inside of this Mystery World will be revived with no injuries once the Mystery is solved.

- Mystery World Rule: While inside the Mystery World, not even Mystery No.1 knows immediately who the culprit of the ongoing case is. As such, Mystery No.1 had to manually deduces the culprit himself.
- Body Marking Identification: According to Mystery No.1 himself, he had a peculiar Body Marking which included a Chalk Outline, a "S" dying message, and a round Ashtray embedded on his chest. By correctly deduces what the Body Marking meaning is, and correctly executed the said meaning to the T, Mystery No.1 can be fully defeated.
