Mr. Enrilé is the father of Alyssa Enrilé and a marital arts master. He trained her for many years until she moved away to Turtle Cove for college.

Mr. Enrile is the fourth person related to a Ranger to find out that their own family member is a Power Ranger besides David Trueheart, Tommy Oliver's brother, Mike Corbett (though he gave his brother Leo the Red Quasar Saber to become a Power Ranger, and became Ranger himself), Mr. Collins, Porter Clarke, Luen Martin, and Mayor Adam Daniels.
