Motorboat Basra (モーターボートバスラ Mōtābōto Basura) was a motorboat-themed Basra Type Jamen Beast of the Dark Empire Yodonheim. It was released from the invasion gate created from the dark energy gathered by Fishing Rod Jamen.
History[]
Motorboat Basra's Boat form
Carantula is enraged when Fishing Rod Jamen is killed by Takamichi's Shining Beam Attack and realizes that the Jamenshi has collected enough energy to send a Jamen Beast. He chooses a Basra type and sends it to Earth to kill the Kiramagers. Motorboat Basra arrives in Tokyo in its boat form which initially leaves the Kiramagers deeply confused since boats can't drive but it soon transforms into its true form. It immediately starts to blast through multiple buildings with eye blasts so the Kiramagers form Kiramaizin to stop its madness. They slash it but it is unfazed and smacks away the Jetter Sword before headbutting it back and shrugging off a left kick and overwhelming Kiramaizin with its hooks. Juru tries to restrain it with Mashin Fire's Ladder Beyond but Motorboat Basra dodges it and goes into boat mode. As they look around for it, Motorboat Basra races up behind them and races into the air, instantly changing back into its true form and slashing the formation before racing off through some public walkways. As it comes back, Sena tries to hit it with her Mach Beam but it races around the blasts and torpedoes Kiramaizin which instantly wipes out Kiramaizin as Motorboat Basra slashes it across the gut. The Jamen Beast then stomps on it many times and Sena suggests forming King Express but they can't because Smog Jouki belongs to Galza who hasn't deployed in it. Fortunately, Sayo has Helico blow it away with a tornado into the ocean but Motorboat Basra is unfazed and immediately changes back into boat form and rips Kiramaizin apart with another torpedo volley. Fortunately, Motorboat Basra is running low on power so has to retreat into the ocean to refuel on seafood. 
TV STORY-Episode 21: Fishing, Sometimes a Master
As Juru, Sena, and Tametomo go to the past to get the antidote to Numajo's poison to save Princess Mabushina, Takamichi, Sayo and Shiguru quickly locate Motorboat Basra in its boat form at the pier connected to Tokyo bay. Sayo uses her Kiramai Vision on the Jamen Beast and realizes that it is using a suction like process to consume hundreds if not thousands of fish to "refuel" itself. Takamichi is about to obliterate it by attacking from underwater with Mashin Drijan but Galza arrives with an army of Bechats to protect Motorboat Basra. This buys Motorboat Basra enough time to recharge and go on a rampage at which point Galza retreats to allow the Jamen beast to kill the Kiramagers. Sayo summons Mashin Express to fight Motorboat Basra who obliterates more buildings with his eye lasers until Mashin Express blasts it to little effect and it changes into boat mode where it thusly dodges more laser blasts and phases straight through a building. It then comes up from behind Mashin Express and swats it out of the air like an annoying fly.
Takamichi finally summons Drijan and drills underground and into Motorboat Basra's body and forcing it into an underground fight where he immediately forms GigantDriller. GigantDriller makes the flight slightly more even, easily blocking Motorboat Basra's lethal pincer claws and smacking it back with the Driller Knuckle but it smashes through the formation multiple times with its amazing speed before it dives right back up through the surface. Drijan follows and becomes GigantDriller again but this time, Motorboat Basra easily lands a beatdown on the formation with it's hooks because it doesn't give Takamichi a chance to fight back. It headbutts GigantDriller into a building and hits it with its eye lasers hard enough that Takamichi is ripped from his Giant Robo and has to avoid obliteration from further blasts. Unfortunately, it then changes into boat mode and rams through him before changing back and blasting him away into debris and yet another wave demorphs Takamichi entirely. Before it can obliterate him with its eye attacks however, the Aqua Kiramai Stone arrives with Juru inside and it quickly turns into the newly imagined Mashin Express Zabyun. Seeing this, Motorboat Jamen decides to run away and live to fight another day so changes into boat form but Zabyun goes after it as Takamichi passes out and follows the Jamen Beast as it dives out of and into the street and phases through buildings. Using a specially designed scanner system dubbed Lorenzi Search, Zabyun discovers that Motorboat Basra's engines are its weakness; destroy them and it will permanently lose its boat form. As they jump out of the ground again, Zabyun obliterates the engines with his eye lasers which also wipes out the Jamen Beast and they form the new King Express Zabyun. Motorboat Basra recovers in time and does battle with King Express Zabyun but is overwhelmed by a flurry of punches and kicks and then knocked away by the jaws attack and blasted away by the Left Hand Screw. They then destroy it with the Zabyun Tornado Cutter and obliterate Motorboat Basra with the Zabyun Megalo-Blaster. TV STORY-Episode 22: Are You Prepared? The Witch is There

As with all Jamen Beasts, Motorboat Basra was a very unintelligent and feral monster who spoke only in roars but was extremely violent and yet had a penchant for boating and boat based attacks.

- Ultraviolet Eye Lasers: Motorboat Basra could fire ultraviolet lasers through its eyes that were strong enough to cause large explosions and obliterate buildings. The blasts also had enough power to forcibly separate the Shining Kiramai Stone from GigantDriller and force it to revert into Kiramai Silver.
- Phasing-Through methods unknown, Motorboat Basra was able to phase straight through the surface of an office building like a ghost as if it was water.
- Boat Mode: Motorboat Basra could change its form from that of a monster to one resembling a boat. This process involved sinking to neck level below the surface with the boat apparently dragging it through the street.
Abilities[]
- Strength: Motorboat Basra was very strong, easily able to knock around Kiramaizin with its hook blades and knocking Mashin Express out of the air with one hit.
- Durability-Motorboat Basra shrugged off a slash from the Jetter Sword and a kick from Kiramaizin without getting a scratch. Even Mashin Express' powerful laser blasts had no effect and being impaled in the back by Mashin Drijan just made it angry.
- Agility: Motorboat Basra was quick enough to dodge Kiramaizin's Ladder Beyond attack.
- Speed: Motorboat Basra was exceptionally fast even in his default mode, easily able to dodge Kiramaizin's Ladder Beyond attack as well as smack through GigantDriller faster than it could react.
- Dash Attack: Motorboat Basra was able to zip around as a blur and launch multiple attacks on GigantDriller.
- Headbutt: Motorboat Basra was able to headbutt its enemies with enough force to knock back Kiramaizin with one hit and even wipe out GigantDriller with one hit later.
Weaknesses[]
- Destroyed Engines: If the engines on the back of its Jamen were destroyed, Motorboat Basra would lose its boat mode ability.
- Necessary Energy Consumption: If Motorboat Basra expended enough of its energy in combat, it needed to consume a vast quantity of fish to regain its strength.
- Consumption Vulnerability-Motorboat Basra had to stay in one place when feeding at which time it was potentially susceptible to attacks.

- Hook Claws: Motorboat Basra was armed with large hook-like claws on its forearms in its monster form to hack and slash at its enemies.

- Torpedoes: Motorboat Basra could launch torpedoes from the side of its hull while in boat mode.
- Explosion: These missiles could explode with enough force to separate Kiramaizin into its component Mashin with just two volleys.
- Power Slide-Motorboat Basra was able to ram with enough force to destroy public walkways in its boat mode.
- Land Swimming: Motorboat Basra was able to "swim" on land and through buildings as if they were made of water, making it incredibly hard to follow.
- Suction-As revealed by Sayo, Motorboat Basra in its boat form was able to somehow suck thousands of fish into its underside to refuel.
- Monster Mode: Motorboat Basra can change back into its true monster form at will.

- Speed: Motorboat Basra can go faster in boat mode, easily able to dodge Kiramaizin's Mach Beam lasers as well as Mashin Express' lasers.
