Misa Arashiyama is the daughter of Commander Arashiyama. She was also Commander Arashiyama's secretary and took care of the talking dog CC. In Episode 29, she "transforms" into White Rose Fencer (白バラ剣士, Shiro Bara Kenshi) to aid Sun Vulcan in their battle against Red Rose Mask (Rose Monger).

• Misa Arashiyama was portrayed by Yumi Nemoto (根本 由美, Nemoto Yumi). As a child, she was portrayed by Shiho Minamoto (満仲 志保, Minamoto Shiho).
