Mirror of Regret is the thirtieth episode of the second season of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers as well as the ninetieth episode of the franchise. It marked the first appearance of the Power Cannon.
Synopsis[]
Adam helps a young karate student named Shawn to believe in himself but Lord Zedd is about to destroy Adam's confidence when he sends Goldar to Angel Grove with the Mirror of Regret to bring back Adam's unpleasant childhood memories to drain his confidence. To deal with the other Rangers and prevent them from interfering, Lord Zedd creates Skelerena and sends down an army of Putties to waste their time.

- It's nighttime when Lord Zedd creates Skelerena, but all preceding and following scenes take place during the day.
- When Zedd silences Goldar, the scene is mirrored.
- In the Command Center, Alpha 5 is working on the Power Cannon when the alarm sounds. After Zordon asks Alpha to call on the Rangers and the scene switches back to the overview of the Command Center, the Power Cannon is gone.

- This episode aired the same day as VR Troopers episode 31, Defending Dark Heart, Part One.
- The ending scene with Zedd was deleted footage from the episode "Bloom of Doom".
- Adam is the second of the new Rangers to give the morphing call.
