Koji

Koji (, Koji) is Chiaki Tani's friend. He ends up in the hospital when he gets attacked by Rokuroneri.

This character is portrayed by Masahiro Ookawa (大川雅大, Ōkawa Masahiro).

Masato

Masato (, Masato) is Chiaki Tani's friend. He ends up in the hospital when he gets attacked by Rokuroneri.

Hiro Sakakibara's father

Hiro Sakakibara's father

Hiro Sakakibara's father tried to control Ushi Origami when Hiro Sakakibara was a young child. Ushi Origami was created by Hiro's father's ancestors. However, he and his wife both died when Hiro was 4 years old in a mountain accident. Toji Sakakibara believes Ushi Origami caused the accident.

This character is portrayed by Kajiro Tanaka (田中嘉治郎, Tanaka Kajirō).

Kaori Sawada

Kaori Sawada

Kaori Sawada (沢田 香, Sawada Kaori): Hikoma's daughter, whom he left in order to fulfill his duties as retainer to the Shiba Clan. Understanding her father's duties, she lived a relatively normal life, later marrying Koichi Sawada (沢田 晃一, Sawada Kōichi, 38). Kaori and Koichi have a daughter named Haruna Sawada (沢田 陽菜, Sawada Haruna, 38).

This character is portrayed by Maiko Kawamura (河村舞子, Kawamura Maiko).

Koichi Sawada

Koichi Sawada (沢田 晃一, Sawada Kōichi) is the son in-law of Hikoma Kusakabe. TV STORY-Act 38: The Gunnery Showdown

Ryota's grandfather

Ryota's grandfather

Ryota's grandfather died a year before the series. Ryota makes a promise with Namiayashi to give up baseball in an effort to bring his grandfather back to life, but that ended up being a lie. When Ryota is sitting on a bench at a baseball field, Takeru Shiba uses Mojikara to temporarily bring a vision of his grandfather to life.

This character is portrayed by Shinsho Sagawa (佐川真勝, Sagawa Shinshō).

Hiroki

Hiroki

Hiroki (, Hiroki) is a young child that Takeru Shiba comes across sitting on some steps when he appears to be crying. Takeru attempts to cheer him up by using Mojikara to create a paper airplane. Hiroki eventually tells Kana that Takeru appears to be a "lost boy."

This character is portrayed by Yusuke Akiyama (秋山 悠介, Akiyama Yūsuke).

Kana

Kana

Kana (仮名, Kana) is a preschool teacher. Hiroki reports Takeru Shiba as a "lost boy" when Takeru wanders after leaving the Shiba House to figure out how to deal with Ushirobushi.

This character is portrayed by Kayoko Shibata (柴田かよこ, Shibata Kayoko).

Kenichi

Kenichi

Kenichi (, Kenichi) is Sumiko's boyfriend. He gets fooled into believing that Narisumashi's disguise as Sumiko was his actual girlfriend. He learns the truth when the real Sumiko meets up with Kenichi.

This character is portrayed by Sho Sato (佐藤 翔, Satō Shō).

Sumiko

Sumiko

Sumiko (, Sumiko) is Kenichi's girlfriend. She comes across Kenichi with another woman who appears to be Sumiko, but is actually Narisumashi. Sumiko and Kenichi realize what happened when the real Sumiko arrives to meet up with Kenichi.

This character is portrayed by Mika Nakamura (中村美香, Nakamura Mika), Rika Nakamura (中村 梨香, Nakamura Rika).

Okamura

Okamura

Okamura (, Okamura) is a history teacher at Takashiro Academy. When music suddenly starts playing from her classroom, she is initially believed by the Shinkengers to be a Gedoshu in disguise, but ends up not being the case.

This character is portrayed by Hiyori Iizuka (飯塚ひより, Iizuka Hiyori).

Broker

Broker

This Broker attempts to negotiate with Genta Umemori to try and open a curry rice restaurant after Genta makes it for Kotoha Hanaori at his sushi cart at her request. Initially under the impression that the Broker wanted to open a sushi restaurant, Genta eventually discovers the truth and rejects this effort.

This character is portrayed by Masanobu Sakata (阪田マサノブ, Sakata Masanobu).
