Ayame Bito[]
Ayame Mito
Ayame Bito (尾藤あやめ Bitō Ayame) is the grandmother of Meiko and Kota Bito (HurricaneYellow). She died when Kota was four but remained by him in spirit. Thanks to an unintended by-product of Jakanja's plan, she was resurrected as a teenager and aids her grandson before fading back to the afterlife.
This character is portrayed by Mitsuko Abe (阿部 光子 Abe Mitsuko) while her teenage self was portrayed by Hiroko Toda (戸田 比呂子 Toda Hiroko).

Kagura's father[]
Kagura's father
Kagura's father protected his daughter as a temple tree for over 500 years has seen a number of soldiers protecting Kagura and sacrificing their lives to protect her.
This character is portrayed by Yoshinori Okamoto (岡本 美登 Okamoto Yoshinori).

Suzune Bito
Suzune Bito (尾藤 鈴音 Bitō Suzune) is the daughter and first child of Kota Bito. Suzune was born following the Hurricanegers fight against the Jakanja. Kota initially kept his identity as a Hurricaneger a secret to his children but decided that they deserved to know the truth following the fight with Zero Spear, Bat Zhe Rumba ten years after the Hurricanegers' last battle.

Riku Bito
Riku Bito (尾藤 陸 Bitō Riku) is the son and second child of Kota Bito. Riku was born following the Hurricanegers fight against the Jakanja. Kota initially kept his identity as a Hurricaneger a secret to his children but decided that they deserved to know the truth following the fight with Zero Spear, Bat Zhe Rumba ten years after the Hurricanegers' last battle. This unidentified man is the husband of Nanami Nono/HurricaneBlue and the father of her son Kairi.

Reika () is stuck in a deep sleep dreaming of dog being alive. Her mother in her dreams tells her to take her dog for a walk, leading to her mother discovering her in a deep sleep and not waking up.

Reika's mother tells Reika in her dreams to take her dog for a walk (when the dog in real-life is dead), but later starts to be concerned when she discovers that Reika is in deep sleep and her body starts to turn to stone, causing her to panic.

Tario Kakio (柿生太郎 Kakio Tarō) is supposedly a great detective, but is rather one of Shurikenger's many disguises. The Hurricanegers and Gouriagers are left in shock when they discover Shurikenger's ability.

Yoshinari Hashimoto[]
Yoshinari Hashimoto
Yoshinari Hashimoto (橋本善成 Hashimoto Yoshinari) is one of the humans whose appearance was assumed by Shurikenger. The real Hashimoto worked at a mini-mart where Wendine was undercover and, having become smitten with him, she decided to recruit him to work in her fake cram school's staff. Shurikenger later abducts him on the street and impersonates him to infiltrate the cram school, helping the Hurricanegers trounce Wendine's plan in the process. After she grew up to giant size and briefly fought the Senpuujin and the Gouraijin, Wendine spotted the real Hashimoto and, returning to normal size, skipped off after him, abandoning the fight.
Hashimoto is later seen at the finale in the ramen shop, along with many of the other people Shurikenger passed off as.
This character is portrayed by Yoshihiro Masujima (増島 愛浩 Masujima Yoshihiro).

Teppei Sakaki (坂木鉄平 Sakaki Teppei) is one of the humans whose appearance was assumed by Shurikenger. Yousuke, Kouta and Nanami were following Shurikenger around town attempting to deduce his identity when he assumed this guise. After supposing that he could be a baseball player, a businessman or a rockstar, their chase ends at a ramen shop, where it turns out Shurikenger was a prized regular and just wanted to have a meal.
