Being Sealed
After Hilbil's permanent demise, Minongan grieved for her much to Kamejim's amusement. Angered by the KingOhgers for the last time, Minongan personally requested Dagded to bring Despair to the Royal Sentai.
He then arrived at Ishabana where he started firing his memory manipulating lasers at everyone present. Two of them hit Suzume and Morfonia, reverting their minds to 10 years in the past. As the KingOhgers transformed and battle the Jester, Minongan proved to be quite tricky to defeat as he could shrink himself for better mobility.
As Gira was about to finish him off, Yanma stopped him since Minongan could reverse time and bring about another copy of Dagded (unbeknownst to Yanma, this ability only worked once). And so, Minongan successfully hit Gira, Yanma, and Hymeno with the very same lasers, reverting their memories to toddler level.
As Minongan called Dagded to finish the weakened members down, Dagded ignored him completely due to never once understanding what he said. This allowed Rita to send Minongan to Gokkan using their Kings weapon.
In Gokkan, Minongan was about to advance to the Ziburn castle, only to be intercepted by Rita and Kaguragi, already transformed into Papillon Ohger and Hachi Ohger respectively. Both of them, having already achieved mutual understanding through speaking with Suzume and Morfonia respectively, successfully worked in sync and dealing a massive damage to Minongan. Ultimately, to prevent Minongan from using his time reversal power, Rita casted Frozen Imprisonment to the Jester, with Kaguragi summoning flames (courtesy of his King Proof) to prevent themselves from freezing up. Minongan was finally sealed within the frozen prison, ending his terror forever and reverting his victims' mental memories to normal. TV STORY-Ep. 45: Heirs to the King

Personality
Minnogan presents himself as the brawn of the Five Jesters most of the time, with him speaking with simple words. But during the event where Dagded wanted to choose Chikyuu's newest idol, Minnogan presents himself with a personality of an idol trainer and speaks in an heavily accented manner, occasionally mixing in English words and phrases in his speech.
Upon Dagded's first death, Minongan briefly assumed a commandeering tone as he prepared for Dagded's revival. He reverted back to his original child-like personality upon Dagded's full revival, with seemingly no memory of the events that transpired before.
