History[]
Background[]
Life as "Miho Kijino"[]
Miho dated Tsuyoshi for some time before the series and eventually he nervously proposed to her, to which she accepted and the two later were wed.
During the time her husband became a Donbrother, she was a newlywed of three months. One night when she left her salon, she was escorted on a walk home with her husband when a speeding truck threatened to run her over. Closing her eyes in fear, she did not notice her husband transform into Kiji Brother and use an invisible door along with his ability to fly to move both of them out of the path of the truck. Tsuyoshi changes back to normal without her noticing and tries to say that maybe God protected them when she wonders how the truck avoided them. She thinks it was the power of their love that saved them. TV STORY-Don 2: Big Peach, Small Peach
When the mysterious Cat Juto had made a move and poisoned Tsubasa, Miho was revealed to be one of the Crane Juto, specifically one who had taken the appearance of Inuzuka's girlfriend Natsumi, as the night after she had saved him, Miho's other personality folded a crane origami. Later, due to a curse affecting him sapping his strength, Tsubasa found himself unknowingly saved by Miho again as she became her Crane Juto personality and was protected by her from the Cat Juto TV STORY-Don 23: Dog Becomes a Dog
Personality[]
Initially, Miho is a loving wife towards Tsuyoshi and supports every positive decision that he made. She accepts Tsuyoshi as he is, a kind but sometimes struggling working man, despite the latter sometimes feeling he isn’t good enough for her. Miho is also shown to be nervous being in expensive restaurants, as they make her feel uncomfortable.
Despite her kindness, she is not a weak woman as she outsmarted a crazy artist when she was kidnapped and did her best to remain calm in that situation.
It is later revealed to have a second personality as a Juto, one that is colder and more serious. However, in spite of her true nature, she bears no malicious intent to the Donbrothers. A few examples of her helping the team in question include secretly curing Tsubasa of his poisoning as well as calmly explaining to Taro about the Juto themselves.
As eventually revealed by the Juto herself, her character as "Miho Kijino" is actually part of her disguise template's dream. Thus, just like her fellow Crane Jutos, she intends on making her disguise template's dream come true by any means necessary. Regardless, she is more than willing to fight against those that she considers as her enemies including the people that she has been helping so far such as Don Momotaro.
As the show itself goes on, more of her true personality as a Crane Juto is slowly and steadily revealed in that she is actually a rather complex character. As she herself had stated to Taro during a moment when they had met each other, throughout her time in "playing the role" of "Miho Kijino", she had became somewhat intrigued by how real humans are always motivated by trivial things that make them feel all kinds of emotions, whether it's happiness or sadness, which would, in turn, influence them to try and make their dreams come true even if, in the end, they might not be able to succeed in doing so.
In addition to that, she is not a liar as she herself confirmed that all of the details that she is willing to share with Taro about the Juto themselves are true. However, she greatly hates the Don Clan which is most likely due to the fact that the clan in question had initially sealed the Juto away before they had somehow freed themselves in the present day. For example, she had spitefully declared to Taro that she understands humans better than him as well as angrily refusing his help when he himself had attempted to prevent her from falling down as a result of her sustained wounds which she had received from a fight against Inu Brother who was wielding the Ninjarksword at the time.
Regardless, as Taro himself had pointed out, she herself is a hypocrite as even though she had stated beforehand that the Jutos had done nothing wrong as well as herself outright stating that her entire race was created by the "selfish whims" of the Don Clan, her words are considered of a dubious nature due to the fact that she had been toying with the emotions of two men by pretending to be both "Miho Kijino" and "Natsumi Kuramochi". A fact that even the Crane Juto herself proceeds to laugh off and agree with.
Eventually, as a result of herself finally becoming tired of dealing with human emotions as well as becoming frustrated towards the other Juto for rebelling against her, Miho decides to assist Taro in his plan of forcing all of the Juto to go back into the Forest of Slumber and never leave the dimension in question ever again even though the resultant release of the human who had served as the template for her disguise had gave the other Juto that she was fighting against, at the time, the opportunity that they were looking for to finally overpower and kill her albeit she had managed to put up a good fight as best as she can before she had finally succumbed to the injuries that she herself had sustained as a result of her fierce and violent final stand against the Juto in question.Family[]

By accessing the memories and the dreams of the aforementioned human via the mind link in question, the Crane Juto was able to craft its' own unique identity while it was living out the dreams of the human in question. On the other hand, the human will also experience the life of the Juto, although they might dismiss such experience as a mere dream.
