Plot[]
XI records the message that reveals Gorvinos III's destruction and Spectrum II's sensor log in the event that the Omega Rangers have failed in their mission.
Back on the planet, the Empyreal revealed himself to the Rangers, saying that they hadn't "destroyed" the planet but rather, send it back to its "infancy" state. So that it's life can begin anew. Having seen these process countless times always admired it. The Rangers were shocked with the being not caring about the lives that were taken. The Empyreal justify their action by saying the Gorvinians doom themselves, and had been reverted into the soil by the Empyreal and they are planning on doing this to countless worlds.
The Omega Rangers attack the Empyreal but they are proving to no match for their strength. XI then attack using the Spectrum's missiles, But the Empyreal summoned a giant lava monster to attack the ship. The Rangers then summon their Omegazords to battle the lava monster. With Zack using the Omega Sonic Strike. But that only irritated the beast. In the middle of the fight, Trini received a message from XI saying he has a plan to take the beast down. Meanwhile, The Empyreal expressed boredom of how the fight had been with Jason's Omega Fire Fury doing little to no damage to them. Trini arrived just in time to use the Spectrum for the Omega Spectrum Blast at the beast, killing it. The Empyreal then secretly departed to parts unknown.
The Rangers then return back to the ship, with Trini assuring the Gorvinians refugees that she will protect them as long as she can while they go to Safehaven, Zack trying to cheer up Reeshka, and XI unsuccessfully finding The Empyreal in its database. Jason then had XI set a course for Earth to see if Zordon can know about the mysterious entity.
