Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Ninja Rangers #5 is the fifth and final issue of the Marvel Comics series, Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Ninja Rangers.
These comics were two-in-one, and also featured a VR Troopers story.

- This issue of Ninja Rangers was published as a flipbook with VR Troopers (Marvel) Issue 5
. - This is the final issue of Marvel's run of Power Rangers comics, as the series was cancelled, despite three more issues being planned by the Marvel creative team. The issue's story does lead into Masked Rider #1, which was an attempt to create a spin-off of the comic.
