In a potential future which was separated to its own pocket universe following the premature murder of Tommy Oliver at the hands of Lord Drakkon, Mia Watanabe is the Pink Samurai Ranger.
History[]
Shattered Grid[]
Mia attacking with Ligthning Fury against Drakkon's Sentries
When events set into motion by Lord Drakkon cause the timeline to split into a pocket universe, each anchored on a power-set. Mia and the other Samurai Rangers are split off into their own pocket universe. The split occurs after they defeated the Nighlok where Lauren is back leading the Samurai Rangers whilst Jayden and Mentor Ji are away on a secret mission.

Lord Drakkon and his Mastodon and Sabertooth Tiger Sentries arrive the Shiba House. Mia see Lord Drakkon and his army of the Ranger Sentries, she and the other Samurai Rangers battle against several Ranger Sentries, she easily defeated a Sabertooth Sentry and Mastodon Sentry using Lightning Fury, but she's immediately attacked by a blaster of the Dragon Cannon used by the Mastodon Sentries. Samurai Rangers defeated and captured by Drakkon
In the aftermath of Lord Drakkon seizing control of the Shiba House and the Samuraizers of the Samurai Rangers, is seen by Zordon and Alpha 5 in the Command Center before that he must have an audience with the Emissaries. COMIC STORY- Mighty Morphin Power Rangers (Boom! Studios) FCBD 2018 Special
Lauren tells to the five Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, that when Lord Drakkon invaded her world, he and his Ranger Sentries they had these weapons that warped our powers somehow, she never felt anything that painful before, she mentions where are the other Samurai Rangers including Mia. Mia and her teammates are mentioned by Lauren asking the Mighty Morphin Rangers about Lord Drakkon, what happened with them and the only response they gave her is "do you really want to know?" COMIC STORY- Mighty Morphin Power Rangers (Boom! Studios) Issue 28
Mia and the other Rangers are rescue by Promethea Rangers,when Drakkon start rewrite reality ,The Phometea base is ready to leave when suddenly they see the Coinless Earth crack in white light as reality begins to unravel. Andros orders an emergency teleport jump, but the white void dissolves the base as they begin to move in a teleport until it ceases to exist, when it was trapped in an unknown dimension known as “The Void”. Beyond the Grid[]
She boarded Promethea with the other rescued Rangers and, when the universe was restructured at the end of the arc, she was left among those trapped in a different dimension, until the Promethea Rangers found their way. Grace organize an important reunion, Mia like the rest of the crew assist listening where they inform each one offering their skills beyond their identities as Rangers to provide survival and goods in each one in Promethea. Mia interact with Karone
Later Mia is seen in the Coral Craters, along with Tanya, Mike, Cam and T.J.. She is seen along with the others forming a stone barrier with the objective to unlock the water pass, returning to the Promethea after that, T.J.'s serious response to Karone, she decides interacting with Karone. After that, the Solar Rangers destroyed Praetor and restores the Morphing Grid connection in to the void. While Mia and the crew board Promethea, they cross the dimensional portal going back to her universe. COMIC STORY- Mighty Morphin Power Rangers (Boom! Studios) Issue 39
Mia's timeline is later restored by the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers after they defeated Drakkon.
Charge To 100[]
In the Pocket Dimension, after Kimberly gets her memories restored about the events of Shattered Grid, after her encounter with the Pink Emissary.
Kimberly came face to face with the five manifestations of future Power Ranger villains, Kimberly summons all the Pink Rangers, including Mia, they're manifesting with a Pink aura, every Pink Ranger morph into their Ranger forms and fight against Sledge, Ransik ,Trakeena, Void Queen and Black Lion Warrior.
Mia along with Rose and Sarah against Black Lion Warrior
During the battle, Mia team up with Rose Ortiz the Pink Overdrive Ranger and Sarah Thompson Ninja Steel Pink Ranger against the Black Lion Warrior, she with Rose and Sarah are seen attacking Black Lion Warrior, at the climax of the battle Rose and the other Pink Rangers combine their attacks against Ransik .
Mia using her Spin Sword against him, as a result a Pink explosion manifested with the five villains defeated and banished for stabilizing the Morphing Grid, Mia and the other Pink Rangers say goodbye while they disappear. COMIC STORY- Mighty Morphin (Boom! Studios) Issue 22
Darkest Hour[]
The Samurai Rangers are seen as Dark Specter possesses Vessel's body.
Mia along with her fellow Samurai Rangers seen briefly in the dimensional rupture, witnessing at a distance how Dark Specter possesses Vessel's body. COMIC STORY- Mighty Morphin Power Rangers (Boom! Studios) Issue 111
On the occupied Safehaven, Dark Specter and Mistress Vile are amassing an army of Thralls and corrupted Rangers. Among them include Kevin and Mia as the Rangers plan a counterattack on Eternity Point. COMIC STORY- Mighty Morphin Power Rangers (Boom! Studios) Issue 114
