It's no use talking to him. He won't reply to anything you post on his Message Wall, and he hasn't and will never change his bad editing habits.
I had to slap a three-month block on him on Kamen Rider Wiki for his disregard of proper capitalization as he persisted this habit for two years. He didn't even make a single response when RedLegend and I were talking about his behaviour on a thread which I had posted on his message wall on KR Wiki two years earlier, reminding him about proper capitalization.
Personally I think he should be blocked here too if he continues making eye-hurting edits, which I believe him to be doing so as a deliberate act. I'll leave this for the admins here to decide.
Hello. This is his mother. I am wondering what your age group is and if you even knew the young man you are complaining about is autistic. Unfortunately he loves Japanese everything and this site he was excited about. However you all seem to complain about the grammar and capitalization. Has he cussed or done anything other than kill that persons eyes for reading it? I do believe I see many things on facebook that are probably more offensive. Please email me immediately to discuss if he has. And NO HE DIDNT KNOW I WAS GOING TO DO THIS. I do know my son has very few outlets of joy and this one is becoming something negative. Please email me ADMIN regarding this issue. [EDIT by Digifiend: REDACTED EMAIL ADDRESS - you shouldn't post that publicly]
If the user in question has Asperger's Syndrome, then it would be wise to explain to this user in the politest and most gently way possible on why they are banned. I have Autism myself, and sometimes, I do make edits that do unintentionally come across as vandalism. It's an easy mistake for any Admin to make if the wiki has been a victim of MASS vandalism. (I know that a few wikis have had to toughen up on punishment as a direct result of this, and is normally the reason why users create back up versions of the wiki that has been attacked.) Autism can come in a variety of patterns. Some are severely autistic, some (like myself) are extrelemy lucky to have a mild form of Autism. Autism can also be addressed as Aspergers Syndrome or Autistic Spectrum Disorder. Unfortunately, people with Autism are stigmitised every single day with people thinking that they throw temper tantrums, when in a majority of cases it is a meltdown. A meltdown will often occur among people with autism if there is too much atmosphere going on for them. Causes of meltdowns can often include heavy crowds and closed spaces. They are victimised by bullies every single day through a Disability Hate Crime via the words "Spastic", "retard" and "mong". They are the three TABOO words in which the use of such words are considered a hate crime against Disabled people. Autism is recognised by doctors as a Learning Disability, which means that they will definitely have a strength in one particular subject in life. This can range from Disney to Power Rangers, and from Mario to Sonic. Autism can also be extremely complex for the reasons I have mentioned earlier on. I'll try and get more info on Autism for this wiki and the other wikis I tend to edit on. This way, the wikis will be one step closer to becoming Disabled Friendly.

I don't know if anyone had answered your questions through email, so let me chime in my 2 cents. I'm no admin of this wiki, but I ask that you just hear me out.
To answer the age group question our Parent Page might be the best place for you to get an idea of that. To edit the wiki's, however, you must be at least 13 years or older as per Fandom's TOS (Terms of Service). If a user is revealed to be underage, then, as per the TOS, an admin has to block him/her until he/she is at least 13.
To add on to some of your notes, I have autism to, and I know plenty of others (some even on this wiki, like Oliver) who have autism as well. That being said, the fact that your son can type as well as he can (despite how bad it is) is what's raising questions about him, as seen in the thread I linked to in my first reply to this one.
In the end, what's made this situation much worse is the fact that he's been doing this for years now (almost 2.5 years now to be exact). If we had had this conversation back when he was starting out, we'd probably be a little more graceful than we are now, as seen by the previous replies.
Of course, nobody's perfect. As someone who's autistic myself, I understand what you guys may be going through. If you'd like to talk more about it, you can email me at email@example.com and I'd be more than happy to help.
Autism is no excuse for an inability to type with proper grammar and capitalisation. As I understand it, autistic people tend to be better academically but worse at social skills compared to "normal" people.
Nobody here has been using those taboo words and if they did we would issue blocks for threatening behaviour.
