Megumi Hamamatsu (濱松恵 Hamamatsu Megumi) is a model and actress who played Radietta Fanbelt (White Racer) in her first appearance in episode 25 of Gekisou Sentai Carranger. Due to her poor health, she could not return outside her initial appearance and was replaced by Misaki Sudō.
