Mechung Fu (銘功夫, Mekanfū) is the villainous group from Hong Kong, in which only appears in Juken Sentai Gekiranger: Nei-Nei! Hou-Hou! Hong Kong Decisive Battle. It is headed by Hong Kong Media King Yang. Yang uses the advance technology combining with fighting styles to surpass Juken, in which is merely a "kids' game", according to Yang. It is later disbanded after Yang's defeat by the combined efforts of Geki Juken and Rin Juken. Mechung Fu is a pun of the combined words "mecha" and "kung fu".

Hong Kong Media King Yang
Hong Kong Media King Yang (香港のメディア王ヤン, Honkon Media Ō Yan): Founder of Mechung Fu, master of Mechung Fu Antlion-Fist (銘功夫アントライオン拳, Mekanfū Antoraionken) and the main antagonist of Juken Sentai Gekiranger: Nei-Nei! Hou-Hou! Hong Kong Decisive Battle. He uses his position to hide his true intent: gathering the Qi of the fighters as part of his plan to become the strongest being and rule the world. He succeeds and becomes a cyborg Beastman as a result. His fighting style includes Sand Castle (砂楼閣, Sarōkaku), creating a sandpit to drag his opponents into. He ends up dying in Mechan'non when it was destroyed by GekiRinTouja.

Yang's Secretary Miranda[]
Yang's Secretary Miranda (ヤンの秘書ミランダ, Yan no Hisho Miranda): Yang's assistant who is actually a Machine-Man that mastered the Mechung Fu Sea Anemone-Fist (銘功夫シーアネモネ拳, Mekanfū Shīanemoneken), able to use her Petal Missile (花弁ミサイル, Kaben Misairu) for offense and to find martial artists to bring to Yang. From there, she uses her Super Absorbing Qi (超吸気, Chōkyūki) to drain her opponents dry of their qi, to power Yang's transformation, getting the last amount from Rio as he killed her.
She later reappeared in Kamen Rider × Super Sentai: Super Hero Taisen, she was only seen shot by Gun Den-O
with Long, Sea Fist Demon Rageku and Mole Imagin. She was last seen sneaking up on Gun Den-O and Ax Den-O as they fell into a puddle after Sanyo knocks down Sword Den-O and rolls over and trips the two of them.

Machine-Men (機械人, Kikaijin) are robots created by Yang armed with blades and disguised as dancers. They are the foot soldiers of Mechung Fu, just like the Rinshis of Confrontation Beast Hall.
Mechannon[]
Mechannon
Mechannon (銘観音（メカンノン), Mekannon): The giant crab robot piloted by Hong Kong Media King Yang, hidden in plain sight as stone statue of the Kannon. Mechan Drop (銘観落とし, Mekan Otoshi) and Mechan Violent Wind Slash (銘観烈風斬, Mekan Reppū Zan) are used before GekiRinTouja scrapped it.
