Mayor Carrington was among the many citizens captured during Power Ranger Day by Rita Repulsa. After being brought back to the park, she forces Bulk and Skull off the podium before the Rangers show up, and Mayor Carrington makes a speech about their triumph and courage over evil.

Mayor Carrington arrives late to the award ceremony for Katherine Hillard, due to being 'escorted' by Bulk and Skull, accusing her of being a thief before their superior Lt.
