- GigantDriller is the first Robo since Gigant Bragi-Oh to use the word "Gigant" as the part of the Mecha name.
- Interestingly GigantDriller also use the word "Henkei" as the part of the combination name.
- To an extent, GigantDriller is the second Robo after Gigant KishiRyuOh who also use the word "Gigant" as the part of the Mecha name.
- GigantDriller is also the first drill themed mecha since GoZyuDrill & Cube Mogura.
