Mary Gold (マリー・ゴールド Marī Gōrudo)[1] is DekaGold (デカゴールド Deka Gōrudo) of S.P.D. and the Dekarangers.
History[]
She arrived from Planet Leslie and had entered an alien's bar. She has the power to stop time for a short while. She had feelings for Ban. Her time transformed was very brief, as she was shot repeatedly after transforming, forcing her to power down. 
MOVIE STORY-Tokuso Sentai Dekaranger the Movie: Full Blast Action Her name is a play on "marigold." Magiranger vs. Dekaranger indicates that she and Ban are now in a relationship as he keeps her photo at the back of his SP License, which is similar to Kai keeping a photo of his girlfriend at the back of his MagiPhone. Her number is 10, written as the Roman numeral X.
Mary was absent in the Great Legend War, in which all 34 Super Sentai teams fought Zangyack and sacrificed their powers. 
TV STORY-Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger Behind the scenes, she was likely not included due to her obscure status (having only appeared in a movie and transformed for only a few seconds).

- Mary Gold is portrayed by Chiharu Niiyama (新山 千春 Niiyama Chiharu), with her singing voice performed by Sae (小枝).
- In the Korean dub of Tokuso Sentai Dekaranger the Movie: Full Blast Action which aired in South Korea, Mary keeps her name, while her Ranger designation is S.P. Gold. She is voiced by Bae Jeong-mi (배정미?)

- Mary Gold is a play on a flower of the same name.
Ranger Key[]
The DekaGold Ranger Key (デカゴールドレンジャーキー Deka Gōrudo Renjā Kī) is a Ranger Key released as part of the Ranger Key Set: LOST EDITION. It does not appear in any on-screen media. Of course as with all Ranger Keys, should it exist, it would be able to transform one of the Gokaigers into DekaGold.

- Mary is the first Sentai Gold Ranger in the franchise, as well as the first to be female, as succeeding Gold Rangers have mostly been male.
- She is also the first Gold Ranger to not be a Sixth Ranger.
- She's also the only Gold Ranger who has not fought in the Great Legend War.
- Mary Gold is the shortest lasting Sentai Ranger in Ranger form, appearing transformed for only a second before being blasted out of it.
- According to director Katsuya Watanabe, DekaGold wasn't initially in the script and had little time for a substantial role in the film.[2]
- Mary Gold is the first movie-exclusive Sentai Ranger.
- DekaGold is the only Dekaranger to not have a counterpart in Power Rangers S.P.D.. According to showrunner Greg Aronowitz, they were given footage of the Full Blast Action film towards the end of production, leaving no room or time to introduce an "S.P.D. Gold Ranger", which he regrets to this day.[3]
