Manpei Takagi (高木 万平 Takagi Manpei) is a Japanese actor. He portrayed Retsu Fukami (深見 レツ Fukami Retsu)/GekiBlue in the Super Sentai Series Juken Sentai Gekiranger. He has a twin brother named Shinpei, who guest starred in the 38th episode of Gekiranger as a fake Retsu.
Aside from Tokusatsu, Manpei also voiced for Yuto in Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V
