Maneki-neko Jamen (マネキネコ邪面 41) lit. Beckoning Cat[1] is a Maneki-neko-themed red body Jamenshi of the Dark Empire Yodonheim whose dark energy was used to release Cat Can Ligany.
History
Maneki-neko Jamen came down to Earth while Carantula was in an artist slump, and he was ordered to cause mayhem, as he made most of the civilians act and behave like cats, which surprised the Kiramagers, as they thought they got injured during an accident. He revealed himself to the Kiramagers as he tells them all about the cats both in behavior, curiosity, and the way that they sleep. They thought Carantula was in an artist slump, but Carantula came from behind the team as he tells them that the Maneki-neko Jamen is one of his latest creations, and with that, he summoned a couple of Bechats to aid him in the fight. While the Kiramagers were preoccupied with the Bechats, the Maneki-neko Jamen used one of his abilities at the team, hitting Sena, Juru, and Sayo, falling under his spell. With that done, Maneki-neko Jamen decided to take a nap for goods day work, but Carantula forbade it since he needs to do more mayhem. However, the Maneki-neko Jamen simply insulted his master by passing gas in its face and escapes, leaving its creator in utter disappointment.
Later, he was then spotted by Yodonna as he was napping on the bridge, so with her whip, he gains an new arsenal, which is a bell that allows him to control the human-turned cats which he did. With all of the human cats now evil, he appeared in the midst of the chaos as he spotted 2 Kiramagers trying to deal with their 2 feline Kiramgers, so he sent the bechats to further cause the problem onto them. Thankfully, Carantula de-spelled on Juru by clapping his hands, but he still retained cat ears until the Maneki-neko Jamen is defeated.
As the battle goes on, the Kiramagers have a hard time during the fight as they both try to keep their teammates from the incoming attacks by the Bechats and the Maneki-neko Jamen. Thankfully, de-spelled Juru came and clapped his hands to break the spell on both Sayo and Sena as the real battle commences.
After being soaked by the water that GigantDriller has dug up, the Maneki-neko Jamen was then destroyed by the Sparkling Phoenix technique, thus reverting the spell.
Saber + Zenkaiger: Superhero Senki
He would later return as one of the villains who would serve as a member of Asmodeus' army. Maneki-neko Jamen would be summoned by the Sentai Megid in order to support him in his fight against Zenkaizer, Kamen Rider Blades, the Taros Imagin and Kamen Rider Zi-O. Fortunately, when the aforementioned fight got turned to the heroes’ favour once Sougo Tokiwa had transformed into Kamen Rider Grand Zi-O, he would be destroyed by Kamen Rider Ghost Grateful Damashii.
