Makoto Kasuga (春日 誠 Kasuga Makoto) is a table tennis medalist who turns into a knight-themed Hitotsuki called, Kishiryuki (騎士竜鬼 Kishiryūki, lit. Knight Dragon Demon), possessing a Ryusoulger Sentai Gear, out of his desire is to prove that he is the strongest. He later evolves into Kishiryuking (騎士竜鬼ング Kishiryukingu).

Makoto being forcefully turned into Kishiryuki by Sonoi
Makoto Kasuga is first seen at the city where he was targeted by Yoshioka. Admist in the battle, Sonoi finds Makoto and, seeing the greed within his heart, Sonoi changes him into Kishiryuki and then leaves. Overwhelmed by his attacks, Don Momotaro changes into Zenkaizer, which boosts his firearm prowess and takes out all the Anoni and finished the Kishiryuki off with his Decisive Peach Slice.
However, Kishiryuki grows into his Hitotsuking form and Don Momotaro goes into the giant battle when a black version of Zenkaizer appears and aids him, forming Don ZenkaiOh. After a long battle, including traps and a test of swordplay and wrestling, Don Momotaro finishes off the monster with the Don Zenkai Crash. Upon defeated, the Ryusoulger Sentai Gear exits its body and Makoto emerges unharmed and back to normal.

- Makoto Kazuga is portrayed by Masanari Kanou, who also voiced his Hitotsuki and Hitotsuking forms. The latter two are portrayed in suit by Shinsuke Kusano, who previously suit acted as ZenkaiOh VrooMagine.

- Kishiryuki's main design is based on a RyuSoul in knight mode, while Kishiryuking is based on KishiRyuOh Three Knights.
