Mad Mike is a pizza chef monster who serves as the main antagonist of the episode "Trouble by the Slice".
History
Creation of Mad Mike the Pizza Chef
Mad Mike the Pizza Chef was created by Porto when he touched a picture of the mascot of Mad Mike's Pizza Parlor on the pizza box associated with the restaurant bringing it to life. His mission was to distract the Turbo Rangers so that Porto, Elgar, and Rygog could find and rescue Divatox who had amnesia.
He fought the Rangers and was strong in hand to hand combat. He threw his pizza discs at them. Then he took control of Lightning Cruiser and Storm Blaster by covering their wheels with evil pizzas, which then caused the two vehicles to attack the Rangers and send them hurtling into his Colossal Cooker, which Mad Mike used to bake the Rangers into a giant Power Rangers pizza (complete with onions, green peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms, pepperoni, and extra cheese). As he was getting ready to eat them, Blue Senturion freed the Lightning Cruiser and Storm Blaster from the evil pizzas with a stoplight, then freed the Rangers with his Senturion Synergizer, and they delivered a beating to Mad Mike, the knockout blow being a one-two jump punch by T.J. and the Blue Senturion before they defeated him with the new Turbine Laser.
However, Divatox (memory now restored) quickly turned him into a giant using the Subcraft's torpedoes. The Blur Senturion summoned his Robo Racer but was overwhelmed by explosive pizzas. Luckily, the Turbo Megazord jumped in and energy kicked Mad Mike down before the Blue Senturion weakened him with the Synergizer Blaster Mode and the Turbo Megazord destroyed him with its Turbo Megazord Spinout.

Personality
Mike was a cunning and mentally unstable monster, who was determined to destroy the Rangers and help Porto, Elgar, and Rygog to find Divatox with their plan. He enjoyed cooking pizzas and using them in battle, as he tried to cook the Rangers in the giant pizza. But he is also loyal to Divatox, Rygog, Elgar, and Porto.

- Exploding Pizzas: Mike uses exploding pizzas in battle.
- Controlling Pizzas: Mike also has controlling pizzas to take control of vehicles. However, the controlling pizzas will fall off the vehicles when they detect a stoplight in their path, turning the vehicles back to normal.
- Giant Fork & Knife: Mike uses giant fork and knife in battle.

Notes
- T.J. referenced the monster indirectly in Wild Force's "Forever Red" when he mentions the time he was cooked into a giant pizza.
- Mad Mike is the first monster to have the Turbine Laser used on him.
- However, in Carranger, it debuted in the previous episode during the fight against DD Donmo who went unused since his gimmick was summoning weapons using realistic missiles, which were considered taboo in America at the time.
