Ludi Lin (林路迪 Lín Lùdí) is a Chinese-Canadian actor and model who portrayed Zack Taylor, the Black Ranger in the 2017 Power Rangers film.
Biography[]
Lin moved to Hong Kong at 4 years old with his mother. At 9, he attended school in Australia where he spent the majority of his youth. Because of his different accents which was a result of him moving a lot, he was bullied but learned how to fight and defend himself. At 17, Lin moved to Canada for college where he graduated from UBC with a degree in theater.
Lin began his career with small roles in indie films before Power Rangers became his first major Hollywood gig. In 2018, he had a role as an Atlantean soldier in Aquaman, followed by his role as Liu Kang in Mortal Kombat. In television, he portrayed Kerwin Tan in the CW series Kung Fu.
