Lizard Nezilar (トカゲネジラー Tokage Nejirā, 39, Megaranger vs. Carranger) was a frilled lizard-themed Psycho-Nezilar of the Wicked Electric Kingdom Nezirejia.
History[]
A Psycho-Nezilar with a satellite-like frill who could photograph the Megarangers through their helmets threatening to blackmail them, although it didn't work. He could also blast lasers from his mouth. Killed by Wing Mega Voyager.

- Spark Blast: Lizard Nezilar could fire red-colored sparks from his mouth.
- X-Ray Camera: Lizard Nezilar could fire a flash of light from his eyes which allows him to see through anything.
- Light Flash: Lizard Nezilar can fire flashes of light that can disorient his opponent.

- Megarangers Suits: Lizard Nezilar's X-Ray Camera ability was created to try and see through the Megarangers helmets to find out their real identities, but the Megarangers suits are made with programming that can negate an X-Ray camera.
