Lindy is a cadet at the Ranger Academy. She is a supporting character in the comic spinoff series Ranger Academy. Due to having failed the first Morphin Trial, Lindy has not been selected a Ranger color at this point.
History[]
Prior to attending the Academy, Lindy was with her family on a lunar colony, including her mother, father and siblings. At some point, she won an engineering scholarship and went to a camping trip by herself to celebrate on another planet. Her colony was attacked by hostile forces and her entire family was slain while she was away, with the only memento of them being her older brother’s favorite stuffed toy. She eventually enrolled in Ranger Academy, which proved difficult during her first night in her dorm, afraid of being alone and traumatized by survivors guilt, only comforted by her brother’s toy by her side. At some point, Theo joined her as her dorm mate and this made her time at the Academy a little easier as she found a friend.
During the last half of the freshman school year, her senior classmate Mathis introduced her to a new cadet named Sage.

Personality[]
Despite being the youngest of the three main protagonists, Lindy is shown to be a prodigy in engineering, math and piloting, being one of the highest scores in the flight simulator amongst the first year cadets alongside Theo and Sage. She is sometimes a target of bullies due to her size, but she doesn’t seem phased by it and shrugs it off.
Lindy is very kind and compassionate, always willing to help her friends with studying and learning, even going so far as to tutor Sage in a cram session before their first Morphin Trial. She is even willing to support her friends emotionally, such as giving her brother’s stuffed toy to Sage when she starts having disturbing nightmares.
Due to the trauma of losing her family, Lindy suffers from survivors guilt and anxiety which notably manifested after Sage had a conversation with a bully about her reasons for being a Ranger and how unserious she seemed in her resolve, something that upset Lindy greatly because she takes her dreams of being a Ranger seriously.
After her Morphin Trial ended in failure, with her Power Coin not connecting to the Grid to select her color, Lindy became heartbroken and depressed because she would have to repeat the school year and try again. This depression got so severe that she considered dropping out of the Academy, believing that she would be a burden on her friends and even if she took the first Morphin Trial again she would fail. Sage later apologized for neglecting her in a time of need, promising to be more supportive and encouraged Lindy to keep trying. This seems to have pulled Lindy out of her depressive state and both promised to be more open about what negative feelings they have.

- Sage/Green Junior Ranger: After seeing an upset Lindy being unable to morph & lacking confidence in herself, a sympathetic Sage lied to her classmates and teachers, claiming that she failed the trial and could not morph. Lindy was welcoming to Sage upon her arrival to the Academy and tried her best to make friends with her, something Sage appreciated and reciprocated towards her.
