Lilian (リリアン Ririan) is a rhino Zyuman and girlfriend to Misao Mondou in Doubutsu Sentai Zyuohger Returns: Life Received! The Earth's Monarchs' Decisive Battle!.

At an unknown point in time, Lilian had met the Rhino Zyuman that was used by Ginis to turn Misao into Zyuoh The World.
Zyuohger Return[]
Lilian was one of the contestants selected to compete in the Monarch of the Earth Tournament created by Pocane Daniro.
Lilian was first seen entering the area where the qualification round was being held as she passed the Zyuohgers. during the qualification round, she had an awkward run-in with Misao which angered her at first but was surprised when she saw his face, when the qualification round ended Lilian was one of eight contestants remaining to advance.
During Yamato and Bud's investigation of Pocane's office, Lilian's match with a Shoebill Zyuman contestant was seen on his computer screen, Lilian won her match.
Before the start of hers and Misao's match, they both had another awkward encounter again which angered her and she proceeded to slap him. Lilian picked Misao up and looked at his face and commented that Misao reminds her of the Rhino Man but then proceeded to deny it as he was called the Ultimate Rhino Zyuman and that someone like Misao couldn't be like him and stated that she will win the match and left.
As the match began, the odds proved to be in Lilian's favor due to her superior fighting skills and tossed Misao around, Misao proceeded to transform into Zyuoh The World and the battle began to turn to Misao's favor until the columns surrounding the ring were activated by Pocane and began to fire lightning at Misao, Lilian aided Misao to avoid the lightning as she didn;t want any interference in her fight but as she checked to see if Misao was alright she was saved by Misao who took a full blast of lightning so that she wouldn't be hurt, when Misao collapsed she was saddened stating that she didn't wanna win this way but was surprised when Misao got up to continue the match and ducked when told to by Misao so that he could destroy the columns, Lilian blushed at seeing Misao and continued the match, both fighters charged at each other but Misao was able to win after grabbing her and tossing her out of the ring.
After the match, Misao went to help her up and congratulated her on the fight but Lilian became shy after this, Pocane came out and turned the audience into jewels and tried to do the same to her but Misao was able to move her out of the way, Lilian remained behind at Misao's request as he went after Pocane.
During the battle between the Zyuohgers and Pocane and his revived Deathgalien Members, Lilian saved Misao from Jagged by pushing Jagged aside and went to check on Misao where both began to fall for each other, Lilian stood behind Misao as he fought Jagged and hugged him after beating the Deathgalien member.
Lilian was last seen with Misao with both telling the other Zyuohgers and Perle that they were both going to date.

in Doki Doki! Pretty Cure, who would later go on to voice Jim Carter in Kaitou Sentai Lupinranger VS Keisatsu Sentai Patranger.
