Leanne Omino is the daughter of the Thunder Ninja Academy's head sensei.
History
She's friends with the Bradley brothers, and she causes a spike of jealousy in Tori when she and Blake train together. Leanne doesn't know however that her father and the rest of the Academy were captured including Blake & Hunter who joined Lothor's side and once fight against the Wind Rangers.
