Kyousei Tsukui (津久井 教生 Tsukui Kyōsei), born Norio Tsukui, is a retired Japanese voice actor whose various roles in the Super Sentai series are mostly villainous.
Health Issues and Retirement[]
On October 1, 2019, Tsukui revealed that he has been diagnosed with ALS and has been using a cane and wheelchair to help with his mobility.[1]On February 17, 2023, Tsukui revealed that he has lost his voice and has retired from voice acting as a result.[2] He is also no longer able to use his limbs and only communicates through digital software.
