Kurokawa (黒川) was an exceptionally strong member of the EAGLE 3rd Unit. He had ambitions to someday work at the Gorenger Base and made fast friends with fellow strongman Daita Oiwa, Kirenger. When the 3rd Unit was slaughtered by the Black Cross Army, Kurokawa easily fought off the Zolders but was ultimately killed by the Mammoth Fang of Mammoth Mask. Immediately following his death, Mammoth Mask had a deathmask applied to Kurokawa's corpse so he could assume his form and infiltrate EAGLE.

- Kurokawa was portrayed by the late Kin Oomae (大前 均 Ōmae Kin), who later portrayed Demon King Banriki in Denshi Sentai Denziman.
