Kugutsudayuu (傀儡太夫 Kugutsudayū) is a starfish-themed Majin of the Space Pirates Balban under Sword General Budoh.
History[]
A Majin engineer who wields a cog-like chakram. He is deployed by Budoh to use his explosive android puppets to infiltrate skyscrapers and self destruct to destroy the buildings to force the Lights of Ginga out. When Yuta finds his base of operations, he leads Ryouma there while the others battle Budoh as they intercept the dolls. After the machine that creates his dolls is destroyed and Kugutsudayuu is mortally wounded by Ginga Red, he sics his creations on Ryouma as he staggers to Budoh's side to beg for forgiveness. He then performs his Last Roar, drinking his Balban Extract to grow giant and is killed by Gingalcon's Roaring Cyclone.

- Kugutsudayuu was voiced by the late Takkō Ishimori (石森達幸 Ishimori Takkō) in his only Sentai role.
