Kuchisake Monster (口裂け怪人 Kuchisake Kaijin) is the twenty-seventh of Egos' Monsters. She had a human disguise, could jump high, use sharp jaws, and could teleport. Mouthcut Robot had these abilities save for the human disguise and was equipped with a large knife that could cause explosions on contact.

- Kuchisake Monster is voiced by Sumie Sakai. Her human form is portrayed by Ayako Nakata.
Design[]
- Kuchisake Monster were designed by character designer Ryuu Noguchi.
- "At the time, there was a boom in urban legends about slit-mouthed women, and I think I drew one based on such a scenario. At that time, I was groping in the dark for a scary character in my mind, so I had a very difficult time finding the right combination of the two. In fact, when evil cadres and monsters appeared at photo shoots for modeling, children, who were the target audience for this type of program, would be frightened. So I learned how to be careful not to overdo it. We were adults, so we didn't know where to set the meter in terms of expressing fear.” (Noguchi)
