Koichi Yamadera (山寺 宏一 Yamadera Kōichi) is a Japanese talent, voice actor, radio personality, actor and singer. He voiced Densuke Hamasaki in Bakuryu Sentai Abaranger and Gabutyra in Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger vs. Go-Busters: Dinosaur Great Battle! Farewell, Eternal Friends.
As a voice actor, he is best known for his roles in Cowboy Bebop (as Spike Spiegel and Ein), Neon Genesis Evangelion (as Ryoji Kaji), Bubblegum Crisis (as Fargo), Dragon Ball Super (as God of Destruction Beerus), Ranma 1/2 (as Ryoga Hibiki), reprising his role from the movie Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods) as well as the current voice of Koichi Zenigata (Lupin III) and Zorori (Kaiketsu Zorori).
Personal Life[]
- Yamadera was married to Mika Kanai from 1993 to 2006, and to Rie Tanaka from 2012 to 2018. In 2021, he married Robin Shoko Okada, who is an idol of the group Hello! Project.
