Koda is a caveman who became the Dino Charge Blue Ranger, the second member of the Dino Charge Rangers in Power Rangers Dino Charge and Power Rangers Dino Super Charge. He is also referred to as Blue Ranger and, in roll calls, as Stegosaurus Power Ranger Blue.

When the Time Force Rangers are investigating a fracture in time and space that risks splitting the multiverse apart, Wesley Collins observes that the fracture is also threatening at least three other universes that are home to the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, Riley along with Koda, and the Ranger Operators. After being recovered by Jen and Kimberly with him, and Kendall being the only Rangers from their team that weren't captured or killed. Kendall and Koda are the survivors of the Dino Charge Rangers along with other surviving incomplete Ranger teams, rescued by Jen Scotts the Pink Time Force Ranger and Kimberly Ann Hart the Mighty Morphin Pink Ranger. Battle on the Moon[]
Koda along with the other Rangers their Morphers are upgrade by Doctor K, he's prepared along with the other Rangers to be teleported on the moon of the World of the Coinless for the fight against Drakkon against his Ranger Sentries led by Jason Lee Scott. During the last battle on the moon of the World of the Coinless, Koda is seen along with Carter Grayson, Billy Cranston, alternate Trini, Noah Carver, Trini Kwan, and Kendall fighting against various Rangers Sentries, however Lord Drakkon obtain all the power of the Morphing Grid altering the reality leaving his fate unknown. Koda's timeline is later restored by the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers after they defeated Drakkon.

Heckyl invites Cam and Kimberly , tell his history in the Dino Charge World, relating how he is possessed by the monster Snide, fight against the Dino Charge Rangers incluiding Koda, temporary lost his memories and the second chance that followed becoming the new Keeper of the Dark Energem. Darkest Hour[]
Back in the Dino Charge World, Dark Specter's infection of the Morphin Grid reaches Amber Beach. Kendall warns Tyler and Shelby not to morph until they figure it out, but then Mistress Vile and Dark Specter begin an invasion of Amber Beach with an army of thralls in tow. The Dino Charge Rangers enter the scene with Tyler leading a morph with Koda, Chase, and Riley. Shelby and Ivan remind them about Kendall's warning but were too late as they were taken over by Dark Specter's corruption along with Keeper. COMIC STORY- Mighty Morphin Power Rangers (Boom! The HyperForce Rangers rescued Kendall and they team up to take on Dark Specter's infection. COMIC STORY- Mighty Morphin Power Rangers (Boom! Studios) Issue 114 They come up with a plan to infiltrate the occupied Safehaven where Kendall and Billy are monitoring and advising from the Command Center. When Koda as the Dino Charge Blue Ranger appears, Koda tries to eat a shrunk Waspicable and spits the monster to the ground. Poisandra steals Koda's Energem. Robogoat has Dragonzord throw Koda against the wall killing him. TV STORY-Villain Special
