Kiyoharu Amari (天利清春 Amari Kiyoharu) is a teacher and club adivsor for the School Defense Club at Gosei Gakuen who was an old friend of Taisei's father. He used the Mazin System to become the first Black Cross Mazin (黄金魔人 Kogane Majin).
