Kimberly Ann Hart is the Pink Ranger of the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, as well as the All-New Power Rangers, of which she is the de facto leader. She also served for a time as the team's Blue Ranger.
During both the Go Go Power Rangers, she has temporarily assumed the form of the Blue Ranger.
During Mighty Morphin Power Rangers (Boom! Studios), she has temporarily assumed the form of the Green Pterodactyl Ranger.
During Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Pink, Kimberly became the All-New Pink Ranger and leader of the All-New Power Rangers.
History[]
Rise of Drakkon[]
Kimberly Hart is a gymnast who was chosen by Zordon to wield the power of the Pterodactyl Power Coin to become the Pink Ranger. She was relatively new to Angel Grove, as she moved to the city only weeks ago and at first is unable to get along with her classmates. She was called the "Salad Girl" by Zack and Trini in the early days of school due to an incident where she complained about a salad at a fancy restaurant Zack worked at, who was then fired by the manager when Kimberly's parents complained about "the help" even though Zack was just a busser. She harbored a little resentment of the move to Angel Grove, as she left all her old friends behind and was unfamiliar with her new surroundings such as Angel Grove High, even going so far as to state she hated the city. Making things worse was the constant arguing of her parents, their eventual divorce and seeing her father preparing to marry another woman named Kelly whom Kimberly does not get along with.
She is a romantic individual, beginning her tenure in a budding relationship with Matthew Cook and later developing a relationship with Tommy Oliver. Her mother and father divorced at some point before the main series and, though she initially wanted them to reconcile, her mother remarried and moved to Paris and then to St. Moineau, France.
When Drakkon uses the Blue Power Coin to rob the Rangers (except Tommy) of their powers, Trini manages to utilize the Green Coin to give them all access back to the Grid. This re-powers Kimberly as a Green Ranger during the battles against Lord Drakkon's Black Dragon, and Finster's Goldar clones. Afterwards, she travels to the world of the Coinless to help the rebel forces fight back against Drakkon and save Tommy and Billy who had been lost within.
Kimberly is sent, along with Trini, on an intergalactic mission to retrieve pieces of Zordon's staff from a black market dealer named Zosma.
Shattered Grid[]
In preparation for the final push against Drakkon's Tower on the Moon in the World of the Coinless, Kimberly was entrusted by Jason to take command of the Dragonzord Battle Mode, wielding Tommy's Dragon Armor. Within one of the several Megazords present, the Rangers led the fight against a massive army of Ranger Sentries. Eventually, however, the Megazords were overwhelmed by the arrival of Lord Drakkon's immense Zord, Serpentera, whose assault forced the Rangers out from their cockpits onto the ground. Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Pink[]
At some point, she and Tommy did develop a relationship but she eventually gave up her Power Coin to Kat Hillard to pursue a gymnastics career full-time. Unlike Zack, Trini and Jason who had left before her, she did not use The Sword of Light to transfer her power, this left her with latent pink energy that Zordon was able to manifest into a new form of the Pink Power Ranger. Kimberly would acquire this power when her mother, step-father and the citizens of their home in France had been transformed into monsters by Goldar.
After leading a new group of All-New Power Rangers and saving her family, Kimberly was willing to once again give up her power until a call for help from Tommy left her unquestionably dedicated to saving them. They arrive to help, though she had the opportunity to reunite with her former love, Kimberly opted to leave the battle without a word, opting to move on from their relationship.
HyperForce[]
Zordon cautiously silences the HyperForce Rangers, tells them that he is being aware that taking all six of the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers including Kimberly out of their regular routines to help the HyperForce Rangers would be too big of a risk, Zordon instead chooses just one of them to help out. He announces the presence of the Yellow Ranger of this time period, Aisha Campbell. TV STORY-Aisha Campbell Returns!
Zordon warns the HyperForce Rangers that Lord Zedd has taken advantage of the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers' including Kimberly's absence and has sent down a monster to attack Angel Grove. TV STORY-We Need Megazord Power!
Primator disguises itself as Marvin Shih, but the Rangers aren't buying it. Eddie Banks, the HyperForce Blue Ranger remembers from what he read in the archives of when the Mighty Morphin Rangers, including Kimberly, faced Primator. Eddie decides to use a mirrored piece of the ship to reveal the Primator's identity. TV STORY-Save Marv
While the HyperForce Rangers are seeing the destruction of Emperor Marvo, they also witness the arrival of every Legendary Power Ranger including Kimberly and the other Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, and the start of the Legendary Battle. TV STORY-Stage 4: The Armada

During one short adventure in "A Spot of Trouble", Kimberly was transmogrified into a pink rabbit wearing a miniaturized version of the dress she was wearing during a charity ball. Though helpless, Kimberly seemed to have retained enough of her human intelligence to recognize her friend Trini was in danger and jumped in the path of an attack meant for her. She was later restored to normal and based on her remarks, remembered everything that happened to her while she was a rabbit.
As a result of being teleported to Breel, Kimberly's powers gained Billy's Ranger powers, while Zack gained her powers. This swap allowed for Kimberly to become the Blue Ranger.[1]
Arsenal
When her ability to use her Ranger powers were disrupted by the Shredder, Kimberly gave her Morpher to April O' Neil to use and donned ninja streetwear to help fight the Foot Clan. Despite being titled as a "Ranger", Kimberly's abilities are nowhere near as strong as her morphed form and are on par with how she is unmorphed.
