Plot
There are many worlds with Super Sentai in them. Or, there used to be. All of the worlds of Super Sentai were captured and placed into Tojiru Gears, all except for one. A freshly created world with a new Super Sentai: the Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger, where there is an army of Kudakks currently attacking civilians, led by a Kudaiter. The Kudaiter gloats about how Earth will soon belong to the Tojitendo, however he is interrupted by Kaito, who kicks him in the face as the Zenkaigers gun down the Kudakks. The Zenkaigers are briefly cheered on by the civilians, which angers the Kudaiter, who orders the Kudakks to destroy the Zenkaigers. The Zenkaigers easily fight and defeat the Kudakks while also rescuing civilians who were still being attacked. The Zenkaigers then destroy the Kudaiter by launching Kaito towards him at high speed. The Zenkaigers then return to their civilian forms and leave to take care of their personal businesses, with Juran suggesting they celebrate their victory with a party.
However, a lone Kudakk managed to escape and report back to the Tojitendo, which angered Barashitara due to the Kudakk's cowardice. Also angry, Bokkowaus slams his fist down upon the platform, which causes a Tojiru Gear to fall as well, which is picked up by Izirude. Bokkowaus orders the Kudakk to be punished before Gege calms him down, suggesting that Izirude should use the fallen Tojiru Gear on the Kudakk instead. Bokkowaus happily agrees, leading to the creation of Super Warumono World.
Meanwhile, Kaito and Juran are busy shopping. As Kaito begins to pay some money to a vendor, a gear falls out of his wallet. Zyuran notices, and hands it back to Kaito, who explains that it was a gift from his parents when he was a kid. Zyuran tells Kaito to take better care of it as the two leave. As this happens, Super Warumono World uses his power to summon several past villains. Gaon first encounters Zamigo while trying to play with a stray cat, Magine encounters Bungray during her fortune-telling, Vroon encounters Kyuemon while visiting a library, and Zyuran and Kaito encounter Sally and Basco. Kaito, in the midst of fighting off some Gormin, asks Secchan who they are, however Secchan is unable to find any information on them. The Zenkaigers are quickly incapacitated by the villains before they could transform, with their Geartlingers being taken away as well.
The Zenkaigers, tied together in chains, are then brought to a remote area, where Super Warumono World and the summoned villains and grunts have gathered. Super Warumono World introduces himself, before claiming he'll fill the world with villains. Secchan, at the same time, figures out who the villains are and tells the Zenkaigers. Angered at how the villains had began attacking just after they saved the city from the Kudakks, Kaito asks why the villains would do such a thing, who respond simply by saying they're villains, claiming that the question was pointless. As Super Warumono World gloats about their victory over the Zenkaigers, Kaito replies by saying he'll never give up, and stands right up and escapes the chains restraining him, much to the other Zenkaigers and villains's shock. Magine realizes because Juran sweated so much, it acted as lubricant that allowed Kaito to slip out of the chains, further shocking the villains. Kaito charges towards Sally, tripping her, allowing him to retrieve his Geartlinger and use the All Red Gear, which summons the 45 previous red rangers. The remaining Geartlingers are then retrieved by TyrannoRanger, GaoRed, MagiRed, and BoukenRed, with Akarenger handing Kaito's Zenkaiser Gear to him as well. Akarenger then tells Kaito that they'll assist him in defeating the villains, and the Zenkaigers transform once more, Akarenger and the other reds expressing brief confusion at Kaito not being red as well. Secchan briefly begins attempting to list all of the summoned red rangers, however gives up due to the large number of them.
The red rangers charge at the past villains, allowing the Zenkaigers to fight Super Warumono World, who proceeds to use the powers of past villains to try and incapacitate them. First he uses his Izu Calibur attack, creating a crevice in the ground which the Zenkaigers fall through, however they are rescued by Vroon, who uses his wheels to quickly drive out of the crevice. Then, Super Warumono World uses his Soranic Beam, firing a beam at the Zenkaigers, however Magine summons a shield which blocks the attack, creating an opening for the others to shoot the World. Then, Super Warumono World uses his Dimensional Attack, creating large illusions of himself to attack the Zenkaigers, which angers Gaon, who beats up the illusions and frees them from the attack. Next, he shrouds the area in darkness, however Juran simply uses fire from his tyrannosaurus chest to light the area back up, allowing the Zenkaigers to shoot the World once more, before Juran strikes him with his sword, which was also on fire. Finally, the World launches a barrage of pollution at the Zenkaigers, however Kaito powers through and uses a powerful kick attack to incapacitate Super Warumono World. The Zenkaigers finish off Super Warumono World, destroying him and the Tojiru Gear, which causes the summoned villains to disappear.
Akarenger detransforms and congratulates the Zenkaigers, telling them to never give up defending their world. The summoned red rangers then disappear, with the Zenkaigers thanking them for their assistance. The summoned villains also thank the Zenkaigers, saying that their worlds have also been freed with the destruction of Super Warumono World, allowing them to attack their own universes instead, much to the chagrin of the Zenkaigers. After the villains finally disappear, Secchan reassures them, saying that the other Super Sentai will be able to take care of the villains. With their worries eased, Kaito tells the audience that Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger will begin airing on March 7th, before he and the other Zenkaigers run off to celebrate with a party.
