Kentaro Hisatsu (久津 権太郎 Hisatsu Kentarō) is Ken and Sachiko's father and head of SCRTC's Special Items Development, also known as "SCRTC Meisters" (スクラッチ・マイスターズ Sukuratchi Maisutāzu) which poses as a backstreet-factory run by the Hisatsu Family.
