Kenji Yamamoto is a composer and arranger for the Super Sentai franchise. He arranged several songs for the franchise of note, including:

He was also part of the group known as Healthy Wings writing the soundtrack for Bakuryuu Sentai Abaranger.

Aside from Sentai, he is notable for other anime and J-pop works, including writing the main theme of Dragonball Z, Cha-La Head Cha-La and working on the soundtrack for Dragon Ball Z Kai for the first 95 episodes.

Kenji Yamamoto was fired by Toei Animation after the first 95 episodes of Dragon Ball Z Kai when Toei Animation publicly acknowledged that many of his compositions were infringed upon unidentified third-party copyrights which led to the show replacing his compositions with the compositions by Shunsuke Kikuchi throughout the entire series' run and even the first 95 episodes of Dragon Ball Z Kai.

Following the revelation of his BGM plagiarism situation, Kenji Yamamoto's activity is unknown as of today.
