Kenji Ushio (潮 健児 Ushio Kenji) (March 23, 1925 - September 19, 1993) played Baron Iron Mask in J.A.K.Q. Dengekitai vs. Gorenger and Commander Hedder in the first seven episodes of Battle Fever J, before being replaced with Masashi Ishibashi due to being arrested for possession of drugs. He initially had an uncredited role as a police officer in episode 7, followed by a butler in episode 14 of Himitsu Sentai Gorenger and the Crime Boss in episode 5 of J.A.K.Q. Dengekitai.
He is known for playing Ambassador Hell
in the original Kamen Rider. He also played Saburoubee Fukuro (Thunder-Stealth Captor 1) in the Sentai-esqe show Ninja Captor.
