Kelsey Winslow is the Yellow Lightspeed Ranger of the Lightspeed Rangers.
She is also referred to as Yellow Lightspeed Rescue Ranger or Lightspeed Rescue Yellow Ranger though these are more in reference to the show than proper labels.
History[]
Lightspeed Rescue[]
Kelsey is extremely active physically, being an extreme sports enthusiast. She takes the job as the Lightspeed Rescue Yellow Ranger, seeing it as the most exciting thing of which she's ever heard. Kelsey recently reconciled with her grandmother, whose preoccupation with wealth and indifference towards Kelsey drove the two apart.
Out of all the Rangers, Kelsey has the closest relationship with Chad Lee and they are often seen doing activities together, like martial arts.
Kelsey returns to extreme sports following the collapse of Lightspeed (starting with an extreme sports camp) after defeating Queen Bansheera and her forces to save Mariner Bay. TV STORY-The Fate of Lightspeed
Time Force[]
Following the defeat of Queen Bansheera, Kelsey still does her extreme sports, she like the other Lightspeed Rangers receive a call from Carter learning of the return of Vypra and the appearance of new demons in Silver Hills. When Vypra came back to life, she summoned the Super Demon Quarganon, Kelsey along with Chad, Joel and Dana saved the Time Force Rangers and Carter from Ransik, Nadira, Vypra, Quarganon and the five Demon Warriors. Ryan and Eric Myers the Quantum Ranger appears to help.
All the Rangers morph into their Ranger forms and fight against the Demon Warriors, during the battle Kelsey is seen teaming up with Katie Walker, Time Force Yellow and her Yellow Ranger successor. She saves Kelsey from a Demon Warrior. Later when Chad and Joel are using their Mega Battles, the four Lightspeed Rangers destroyed a Demon Warrior. After the other Rangers turned into their Battlizers against and destroyed Vypra and Quarganon.

Personality[]
Kelsey is very much a free spirit who loves extreme sports. She's very agile, and good at making quick decisions. However, she's also rather impulsive, hotheaded and often will attack without thinking out the consequences. This is shown when, after failing to correctly do a mission, she is nearly killed and has to be temporarily hospitalized. Despite her impulsiveness, she's very kind-hearted and gentle.

Ranger Key[]
The Yellow Lightspeed Ranger Key is Kelsey's personal Ranger Key. This key along with the majority of the Core Ranger Keys are seen lining the Command Center's interior walls. This key is mainly used by Gia Moran (Super Megaforce Yellow) who uses it to fight as the Yellow Lightspeed Ranger. Although it was never used, it has been seen in the Scanner App.
Notes[]
- Although never referred to as it in the show, Kelsey's Ranger file for Lightspeed Rescue lists her Ranger designation as "Yellow 4."
- Like many early Power Rangers, Kelsey's counterpart was originally a male which is why her suit lacked a skirt (prior to Super Megaforce) as most female Power Rangers do.
- Kelsey's actress is the second non-American actress to play a Power Ranger and the very first Canadian to play one.
