Kei Mizutani (水谷 ケイ Mizutani Kei) is an actress, model, and business owner. She portrayed Steerwoman Shellinda in Seiju Sentai Gingaman. In 2012, she became an owner of Zange de Night, a karaoke bar in Setagaya City named after Gilgamesh Night, a TV program she was a regular member of in 90s.
