Keeper Bishop (管理人ビショップ Kanrinin Bisyopu) is a bishop-themed Shadow Monster from the Evil Army Shadow Line.
History[]
He is armed with the Bishop Elephant (ビショップ系エレファント Bishoppu-kei Erefanto), able to launch a spinning bladed wheel that he can control, as well as fire beams from it. He controls his town by first letting out a warning message, an then approving movement within it. He is defeated by Right after he manages to master the newly Hyper Ressha to become Hyper ToQ 1gou, and is later destroyed by Cho Cho ToQ Dai-Oh.

Etymology[]
- "Samayoi" is the combination word of "confuse" and "Samekai", a railway station in Shiga Prefecture.
