Keeper Bishop (管理人ビショップ Kanrinin Bisyopu) is a Shadow Monster that appears in Episode 27 of Ressha Sentai ToQger.
History[]
He is armed with the Bishop Elephant (ビショップ系エレファント Bishoppu-kei Erefanto), able to launch a spinning bladed wheel that he can control, as well as fire beams from it. He controls his town by first letting out a warning message, an then approving movement within it. He is defeated when Right manages to master the Hyper Ressha to become Hyper ToQ 1gou, and is later destroyed by Cho Cho ToQ Dai-Oh.

Etymology[]
- "Samayoi" is the combination word of "confuse" and "Samekai", a railway station in Shiga Prefecture.
